312 Park is under new ownership and management and continues to upgrade! (April 2015 renovation and November 2016 addition) This 3 bedroom + bunk room, 3.5 half bath is a perfect home base for families or groups. Steps to Main Street and the slopes you can enjoy Park City with or without a car when staying in one of the best locations in town.

We are a local family and want to make sure your trip to Park City is memorable! We offer unparalleled customer service and insider tips to help make your vacation extraordinary.

House sleeps up 12 PEOPLE IN BEDS!

• Master bedroom has a King Bed and remodeled ensuite bath with shower (2)

• Just outside the door of the master (and on a private floor with the master) there is a built in "Harry Potter" bunk (1 twin bed).

• Second bedroom has a Queen bed and remodeled ensuite bathroom with tub and shower (2)

• Third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed (3). There is also a twin mattress under the full that can pull out for another person. (1) This room also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

• Fourth "bedroom" is an open bunk room/living room. This room as two twin over twin bunk beds (4). It also has a built in media center...perfect room for kids!

• The large couch in the main living room also converts into a full bed for extra sleeping space if necessary (1-2)

This home is especially well-appointed with private outdoor space, offering 2 decks (including one with a brand-new 8 person hot tub!) with seating, tables & chairs on all for maximum enjoyment of the afternoon sun after a day on the mountain!

The layout lends itself to family or group stays, with quiet bedrooms separated from the large communal dining / cooking / lounge areas, and is stylishly appointed, with quality furniture throughout, as well private bathrooms, and masses of storage space in closets, chests-of-drawers and bedside-tables.

Selected features include:

• Gourmet kitchen w/ marble counter-tops and top-end appliances

• Large split-level open-plan living/dining area with breakfast bar, and adjoining outdoor deck

• Indoor seating in the kitchen for 14 (two tables and bar seating) w/ additional outdoor seating for 4

• Large lounge area (with leather couches, LCD TV, DVD player, Wii and Playstation 2)

• Flat screen TVs in each bedroom

• New Washer and Dryer

The house also offers two outdoor parking spots in the driveway ( plus extra on-street parking by request if you have more than 2 cars)

We have the house supplied with everything you might need for an extra special family vacation too:

- Park City Mountain is virtually our front yard (and in 2015 connected to the Canyons via gondola!) Quittin' Time run can be accessed from the pedestrian stairs next to the house. 600 feet and you are on the slopes!

- Deer Valley is only a 3 minute drive away.

- The incomparable Alta, Snowbird, Sundance, Brighton, Snowbasin and Solitude mountains are all within 45 minutes drive ... you can really never get bored of skiing or riding here. Utah has the best powder and mountain bike trails on Earth!

Don’t forget main street is literally out the back door. Just take the same outdoor stairs one flight down to the best restaurants and nightlife in town.

We are family of 5 (with three beautiful daughters between the ages of 5-15) Although we have only been in Park City 4 years, we love it here and have no plans to ever leave! We have operated other VRBO rentals in the past and are always entertaining our out of town friends and family. We were looking for an investment property in the Old Town area and when this went on the market we jumped on it! It is truly a special place. The location is unparalleled in Park City with proximity to everything in just seconds. Finding a home with great light, layout and parking for 2 cars is pretty special. The home needed a little bit of love when we bought it...but that is why we remodeled it in 2015! After one year of renting, we decided the house needed a bit more sleeping/play space. In November of 2016 we started on our "bunk house/media room to help make the place even better!

Loved it!

As locals it was tough to pick a spot to have a weekend away while still staying close. This was the perfect location for 12 moms to stay and have a wonderful spa weekend in Park City for Mother's Day. Thank you to Lisa Wray for making everything about this weekend easy. We can't wait to stay again next year!

Best House in Park City

Great location, Great size rooms and Kitchen, this house is well appointed. A quick walk to the slopes or the Main Street was made easy. We will definitely stay here again. The photos say it all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great location, great house, great host!

Location was perfect, steps to Main Street. Walk up two flights of stairs to Quittin' Time ski run (which you ski down to the Town Lift). The hike up is a little challenging (especially in ski boots), but very convenient.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults (plenty of beds/space for more).

Lisa was excellent and very responsive. Would defiantly stay here again!

Excellent value: great house, great location

Just completed four day ski trip at Chalet Wray with 6 guys from work - we had a blast. The house had everything we needed, was very well maintained, up to date decor, very clean and super convenient to Main Street. We would gladly consider renting this place again. The owner was super - responsive and checked in with us before and during the trip to make sure all was okay. Overall - we couldn't have found a better place to stay! Highly recommended.

Clean and roomy

Location was great, beds were comfy, lots of space to spread out. Our only complaint is the lack of window coverings. We had 3 adult women staying in the bunk room, so they had trouble sleeping with the lights shining in from the street and neighbors houses. They also didn't have anywhere to change clothes. We felt a little "on display" in the common areas too.
