The Space

Beautiful two bedroom suite includes 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, large gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, marble countertops, countertop seating with a separate dining area, spacious living room with modern furnishings, washer and dryer and much more. Unit is located on the third floor, stair access only. Features premium cable tv, free wifi, keyless entry, alarm system and electronic call box. The property is protected with exterior surveillance cameras.

60 day minimum stay.

King Bedroom

Bedroom is comfortably equipped with a sitting area, hypoallergenic pillows, 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, duvet, coverlet and 40" flat screen tv, as well as plenty of storage including a large closet and dresser. Features beautiful and spacious bathroom with marble double vanity and standing shower

Queen Bedroom

Bedroom is comfortably equipped with a sitting area, hypoallergenic pillows, 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, duvet, coverlet, 40" flat screen tv and plenty of storage including a large closet and dresser.

Full Bathroom

In addition to the master bathroom connected to the king bedroom, the additional full bathroom in the unit's hallway is modern and fresh with marble vanity and standing shower.

Living Room

Highlights of the spacious living room include all new modern furnishings, 55" flat screen tv, window seating, great natural light with beautiful views of the French Quarter.


Beautiful, newly renovated kitchen with marble countertops, high end, energy smart, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with coffee pot, cookware, dishware, utensils. Appliances include full size refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Countertop seating.

Dining Area

Area features modern dining table and seating for 4, located off the kitchen.

Interaction with tenants

The property manager will meet tenants upon arrival and arrange and provide access information.

The property manager will be tenants' main point of contact throughout their lease. If there's anything additional to arrange, tenants may request in advance of their stay. The property manager will be happy to take care of when possible e.g., flowers, groceries and other special requests with advance notification.

The Neighborhood


The French Quarter is a beautiful historic area of New Orleans. The property is located in the heart of the French Quarter, and the French Quarter is the heart of New Orleans.

The property is located on St. Louis Street between Burgundy and Dauphine Streets - a great location that's easily walk-able to sights, entertainment, dining and nightlife.

Getting Around

Taxis, Uber or Lyft are the preferred mode of transportation for tenants. Taxis are inexpensive and easily obtained within the French Quarter. If you are new to Uber of Lyft, please let the property manager know and you will be provided with a discount code.

When venturing Uptown or to Mid-City neighborhoods, the Streetcar is a great, leisurely transportation option. The property is only a few blocks from Canal Street where tenants may take the Streetcar.

I grew up in New Orleans since age 3, went to LSU, lived in NYC for a bit after college, and moved back to New Orleans several years ago. There's no place like when home is New Orleans.

Kay's beautiful, spotless apartment is centrally located in the French Quarter making it easy to get to all the popular spots there as well as Frenchmen Street (our favorite) and the streetcars which we used to go to the Garden District, Uptown/Warehouse District and the WW II Museum - a must see. Kay's apartment is exactly as represented and very comfy for 2 couples on a get away weekend. We will certainly return.

French Quarter Stay

The apartment was beautifully decorated; super comfortable and really convenient to everything! While 2 blocks from Bourbon St, it was still quiet; you didn't even realize you were near the chaos! It is perfect for 2-4 people; I would definitely rent this again when I'm in NOLA. PAO

From the time we booked we knew we were going to be happy with this unit. The communication with the owner was excellent. Kyo met us at the apartment shortly after our arrival in New Orleans which was a bit earlier than we expected. She kept in constant communication with us throughout our stay. The pictures on the site are EXACTLY what we got when we opened the front door!! The unit is immaculate, the beds super comfortable and the location is perfect!

There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. Even though there were 2 flights of moderatly steep stairs it didn't matter, I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The apartment is close to everything! We walked to Jackson Square, shops on Canal Street, and Bourbon St was just 2 short blocks away. We even walked to Frenchman St on evening for dinner an music. The only time we drove was to visit Oak Alley Plantation (great visit a must see), The Garden District and 9th Ward neighborhoods.

Nothing seemed more than a mile away. I can't say enough about this place. My husband wants to go back to NOLA and this is definitely where we want to stay again.
