5,000 square feet – 4 bedrooms – 4.5 baths – heated pool – large sliding doors to expansive outdoor patio and covered seating area – south and west facing - all bedrooms have a walkout to the pool and patio – washer and dryer – fully fenced – 1.2 miles to the beach – shopping nearby – in the prestigious Bay Colony community - excellent restaurants within 5 minutes’ drive.
Kitchen is well equipped with Viking and Thermador appliances, double wall oven, new induction cooktop. Basic necessities are provided (soap, flour, sugar and spices).
Master bedroom has king bed, work desk, tv, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms are on the other (west) side of the house. Second master bedroom has king bed, sitting area, tv, ensuite bathroom and large closet. Third bedroom has king bed, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom and large closet. Fourth bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom and large closet. All bedrooms have direct access to the expansive pool and patio.
Linens, pool and beach towels are provided.
Rent a boat and enjoy the intercoastal waterway or head out to the Atlantic Ocean. There is 215 feet of docking space for a boat.
This home is newly furnished and decorated using the highest quality materials.

We have rented many homes around the world and this was one of our best experiences! The house is spectacular - beautiful outdoor sitting and pool area on a corner waterway lot. We spent lots of time fishing off the dock with our 3 small children and had a great time.
The induction cooktop was a short learning curve and I loved cooking with it. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for family meal preparation. We especially enjoyed our after-dinner walks through the neighbourhood; it's a quiet development in a busy city.
The house was completely renovated in 2015 and has a modern, yet warm, feel.
We hope to return again someday! Thanks to the property manager (Frank) and the homeowners.
Beautiful inside and out with an amazing outdoor space and pool. Public beach is only 2miles away. Quiet and perfectly located to Whole Foods, pharmacies, eateries and shopping. All the necessary kitchen amenities are there to cook for a large family. Could have four king bed suites and small room for twin beds. The electronics were complicated and there is a need for more instruction but we brought our own AppleTV to access movies and music.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All funds are non-refundable. This Agreement is not transferable to other parties. If we are able to find another renter for all or part of the rental period, your deposit or a prorated share thereof will be returned to you less a $100.00 transaction fee. The damage deposit insurance policy ($45.00) is refundable upon cancellation of rental agreement.
Non-refundable deposit of 25% (50% for peak stays) plus signed Rental Agreement is required at time of booking. Payment for bookings made at least 60 days in advance:
- Cashier's cheque or bank draft, mailed
- Credit card – VISA or Mastercard
For bookings made within 60 days of arrival bank wire transfer, PayPal or credit card as above.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
