Clean and great location

  • 3 of 5

The unit was a great location to downtown. A short walk anywhere. Appreciated the parking pass and short distance to the parking lot. Very clean.

Exactly what we wanted ...

  • 4 of 5

I was looking for simple accommodation in downtown TC after a family sailing trip. We were able to bike to the beach, around TC, to the TART trails and pretty much anywhere else we wanted. The owner was really organized and everything went very smoothly. The unit had the key in a lock box on the front door so we could let ourselves in when we arrived, it was very clean and comfortable, parking was easy in the nearby garage (we were able to park the car in the alley to load and unload) and affordable.

It's a really a good unit if you are planning on doing outdoor's stuff most of the time and just need a place to prepare meals and sleep. (Although my internet addicted children did praise the high quality WIFI).

All bases were covered! Great & safe location!

  • 5 of 5

Owner had everything covered for us. Detailed instructions on how to check-in to the location and clear instructions on how to check-out.

Use of supplied parking pass and a full run down on local activities and things-to-do were included in the welcome email.

The location was perfect! Close to everything!

Activities: 'Kayak and Bike Pub Tour' was fun...even in the rain..

The middle of everything!

  • 5 of 5

The condo is in a great location! 10 minute walk from everything.

Chelsea was very helpful and contacted me prior to my stay. Answered questions promptly.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Could have used a couple more towels... However, that wasn't something that would prevent us from staying again.

I wish there were times available in the fall! If anything comes up please let me know!

Great location both to downtown and to nearby restaurants

  • 5 of 5

This is a very clean, seemingly brand new apartment with a great location near downtown Traverse City. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere.

Traverse City is know for the beautiful shores, Sleeping Bear sand dunes, rivers, lakes, local shops and amazing food scene. In the summer there is a Microbrew and music festival, Cherry Festival, Wine and Art Festival, Michael Moore's Film Festival and Comedy Festival, Stand Up paddle board festival and many more food and music festivals. We are very close to Interlochen Arts Academy which also brings in a lot of musical talent.
