Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.
We loved the property. There were a lot of cockroaches though. The beach is a very short 3 block walk. Just cross the street and there is a small path between homes to the beach. It was great if you are looking for a beach area with very few people. Probably less than 50 people in our area. Compared to the main beaches where you arr on top of rach other.
Everything was great until our AC died and it was 86 degreea in the house. It took 8 hours to get aomeone out because the oqners "preferred vendor" wasnt answering. Luckily since this home was managed by wyndham we were moved but we lost a days worth of our vacation. Can't really blame the owner for a dead ac. It did look to be 20 years old.
