This four bedroom home has an updated kitchen, outside grilling area and a private pool. The pool offers complimentary pool heat from March through May and September through November only. Must call the office in advance to schedule - it will not heat if the temperature drops below 55 degrees.
Multiple living rooms offer various gathering areas with ample seating. Both living room offer access to the back patio and pool area. The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a dining area that seats eight to ten. An entertainment room features board games, vaulted ceilings and ample seating. Additional amenities include wireless internet, a full laundry room and two flat-screen televisions. The garage is not available for guest use.
The master bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass doors leading to the pool area, with a master bathroom featuring a double vanity. Bedrooms two and three both offer a queen bed, while bedroom four has two twin beds. Bedrooms two and three have private bathrooms; bedroom four has an adjacent bathroom. All four bedrooms have large flat screen televisions.
Dog Friendly Rental Property – If booking this property via our website and plan on bringing your dog, please write DOG in the comments section of the booking page (up to two dogs are allowed). There is a $150, non-refundable pet fee (if there is no damage to the property); this fee is not included in online quotes or bookings. You will receive your Rental Agreement, which includes dog policies, within 24 hours. Please call us with any questions.
Beach Access Information: Guests often access the beach via the Sea Pines Beach Club, which offers restaurants, a beach bar and restroom facilities. The Beach Club is free to use, but in May 2018 Sea Pines implemented $10/day parking fee during the summer (Memorial Day – Labor Day); you can still access the Club by bicycle or Trolley for free (seasonal). An alternative “free” beach parking option is Coligny Beach Park - located outside the back gate of Sea Pines. Coligny has restrooms, changing rooms and a fun splash pad for kids.
Sea Pines is the largest and best known of the Island’s vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Links of the RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.

Awesome location and lovely home
Beautiful home located in a lovely setting. Trees, privacy, abundant living space.
My only recommendations, the pool area should have been cleaned before our arrival. The pool was really dirty. Realize the pool is possible only cleaned up once a week. And is was spring, heavy pollen, leaves and debris. Maybe provide a broom for the clean ups, a blower was needed for the area around the pool.
One other recommendation, have a recycle trash can in kitchen.
Otherwise we would highly recommend this address.

Clean and nice location!
We have been to Hilton Head dozens of times but have never rented a home through Wyndham. We were very pleased with their service and this nice home. The internet, televisions and appliances all worked well which has not been our experience with other homes leased through another company. Also, we were very happy that this home had no pet odors and was very clean for a pet friendly home. We didn't use the pool, as it was very cold and actually snowed! The pool was clean. No negatives to report with this home.

A Little Disappointed
Overall the space and layout of the home is great and the pool was wonderful. Pictures were a little deceiving. Carpet throughout needed to be replaced/upgraded. Renovations are needed in all bedrooms/bathrooms. We experienced an issue with one of the toilet tanks leaking overnight and woke up to soaking wet carpet in bedroom and hallway. Spent 2 days dealing with wet carpet and large drying fans. The bathroom was rendered useless for over 24 hours. I will say that the property management company was wonderful. They were very responsive to our needs. We would not stay at this property again but would rent any property managed by Wyndham.

We are sorry that the residual effects of the unforeseen leak took an extended period of time to fully resolve. As a result, the owner has taken all the steps necessary to prevent this from occurring again and they will be renovating the bathroom completely here soon! We recognize the impact that this has had on your stay, as well as the frustration experienced by losing precious vacation time. We apologize again that you weren’t able to enjoy the type stay we strive to provide each guest.
