Mariner’s Way 676 is a two bedroom condo located in the heart of Harbour Town in Sea Pines. This condo is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator.
The living room has a flat screen TV and has access to the private balcony that overlooks a garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to the dining room that has seating for six. This condo offers a private washer/dryer.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, while the master bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has two twin beds.
Mariner’s Way is located directly above the shopping, dining and nightlife of Harbour Town. This complex offers pool access at the Harbour Town community pool, which is a short walk away. The Harbour Town Swimming Pool will be heated/cooled as necessary to a temperature of approximately 84 degrees from mid-March through mid-November. Please know that maintaining a water temperature of 84 degrees is difficult when the air temperature is below 50 degrees; therefore the water temperature may fluctuate in early spring and late fall. Guests of this complex may either take a short drive to the beach or catch the complimentary, beach trolley that leaves from Harbour Town (seasonal).
The largest and best known of the Island’s vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Links of the RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.
The first place was under construction and as a result, there was no power when we arrived. It was too late in the afternoon/evening to get the utility company involved. Wyndam was very professional and found us a new place quite close by. The second place unfortunately also had issues, the AC was not working. Again, no fault of the resort. The utility company had to come out to get all the power to the unit working. The second place was nice but I think the first place would have been more fun because it was in the heart of the lighthouse area.
Overall it was a fun getaway and Wyndam handled things for us pretty well.
We checked in and immediately were aware of loud crashing chunks of concrete falling from above. I walked up the stair to find the whole floor has been condemned and they were repairing by tearing it down. We persevered through the first night as we checked in late and they quit by 6. The next day they brought in the jack hammer and we were gone ! We rented through Wyndam Vacations and they were unaware and moved us to a beautiful condo in Plantation Club. Still moving a week's worth of clothes and groceries isn't the best way to spend your vacation time. The service from Wyndam was good, but there was a breakdown in communication as the first place must be removed from rental until the construction is finished.
