Sound Villa 1458 is a beautiful, five bedroom townhouse that overlooks the Calibogue Sound in Sea Pines.
It features two living rooms, which both offer views and private access outside and to the beach path. One of the living rooms is on the lower level, with direct access to the lawn; the other living room is part of the open layout, on the main level with access to a private deck. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry, with an adjacent dining room that has seating for ten.
Bedroom one has one queen bed (first floor), flat screen TV and private bathroom. Bedroom two offers two twin beds (second floor) and flat screen TV. Bedroom three also has one queen bed (third floor), flat screen TV and private bathroom. Both bedroom four and five each have one king in each bedroom, flat screen TVs and private bathrooms.
Additional amenities include wireless internet, a gas grill and a private washer/dryer. The garage is not available for guest use.
Sound Villas are located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines and offer breathtaking views of the Calibogue Sound. This complex offers a large, complex swimming pool and is a short walk to the beach and is adjacent to South Beach Marina, which offers shopping dining and outdoor activities.
Sea Pines Beach Club Access – As of May 2018, Sea Pines implemented a daily parking fee of $10 per car (Memorial Day – Labor Day). The Beach Club offers nice restrooms, restaurants and a beach bar; it’s free to go to and use the amenities; you can still access the club by bicycle or trolley for free.
Sea Pines is the largest and best known of the Island’s vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Links of the RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse.
