Schooner Court 705 is a water view, two bedroom condo nestled in the heart Harbour Town in Sea Pines.
The living room offers a flat-screen TV, as well as access to a private patio overlooking the Calibogue Sound. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, while the dining area provides seating for six. Additional amenities include wireless internet and a private washer/dryer.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, as well as a twin sleeper sofa. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping area.
Schooner Court is nestled in the Harbour Town area of Sea Pines and offers amazing view of the Calibogue Sound. This complex has pool access at the Harbour Town community pool, which is just a short walk away. The Harbour Town Swimming Pool will be heated/cooled as necessary to a temperature of approximately 84 degrees from mid-March through mid-November. Please know that maintaining a water temperature of 84 degrees is difficult when the air temperature is below 50 degrees; therefore the water temperature may fluctuate in early spring and late fall. Guests of this complex may either take a short drive to the beach or catch the complimentary, beach trolley that leaves from Harbour Town (seasonal).

Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.
Great for a girlfriends weekend. The place was lovely. And close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Dishwasher was a bit tricky to operate. Linens were plentiful. We would definitely return.
