Perfect for families or couples. There is nothing better than listening to your favorite CD and sipping fine wine in front of a crackling fire after a day on the ski slopes.
Located on the third (top) floor - Sun Creek Condominiums include an enclosed hot tub, outdoor grill (charcoal), free bus to ski resorts (all three, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and the Canyons) Main Street and Kimball Junction (shopping/dining)are also on the free bus line. Our guests are welcome to use the storage closet in the basement for their ski/snowboarding equipment. Garage parking and parking lot included.
This condominium was recently renovated and enjoys hardwood floors throughout and travertine tile in all the bathrooms. New shower curtains, dishwasher, microwave, and bedding. The loft gives this condominium vaulted ceilings with a sky light for an open but cozy feeling.
This property has a mountain view from all bedrooms and from the balcony you see Park City Mountain Resort. Cross country skiers, this is a ski in and ski out property. High speed wireless internet connection included, should you wish to stay in touch. No smoking please. Smoking permitted on balcony and outside.

About David Brandwein
I am a lawyer in Fort Lauderdale and this is our vacation home. We like to rent the condo inexpensively, so others can enjoy it, while it helps offset some of our expenses.

This property has the best location in town. It has a very large parking lot as well as garage parking. It is across the street from the free shuttle and is a block away from restaurants, the Silver Mountain Sports Club and many other great amenities. Black tie ski rental is right across the street. Buyer Beware - Owner Put Us in a Different Condo
We were so disappointed. My friends and I rented from this person recently, and we were victims of the old "bait and switch." We were placed in another condo building entirely, without our knowledge of the change. The other building was far from downtown and in varying stages of decay and repair. It was a dump to say it honestly.
To the owner's credit, we got some of our money back, but this whole operation lacks business integrity.
Buyer beware. Make sure you double check that you don't get switched to another building. Request photos and assurance you rented the right place.
Homey. Well Appointed. Amazingly Flexible Owner
Condo is perfectly situated to take full advantage of everything Park City has to offer. Travel via free shuttle, car, or walk to plaza with best authentic Mexican restaurant (and lots of other choices) I've ever been to.
Unit is on the 3rd floor with elevator - no one above you - a HUGE plus in my book. Well appointed and tastefully decorated. New flatscreen TVs and FREE Netflix!
Owner was extremely flexible and accommodated our early arrival and late departure request.
We were in town for work, and stayed several weeks. Its an older condo complex, but in good shape, we were here during the off season, so some renovations to the complex were underway. The residents of the complex were friendly and for the most part really quiet. Condo was great, no issues. Has an elevator in the condo complex. Owner was great to work with and fast to respond to questions. Condo had everything we needed as far as pans, utensils, towels, etc. Coin washer and dryer right beside the unit on the same floor, so that was great, no traveling trying to find laundry. Located in a great location, everything you need, groceries, food, gas stations, etc. with in 1 mile and transit to the major mountain ski resorts is right outside the door. Even a hiking trail right behind the parking lot. High speed internet WIFI worked great and cable Tv on every tv. It was nice having a fireplace in the Living room and the condo complex will bring you firewood for a small fee, but the owner had some already in the unit for us. The only thing I would have wished to change, the master bedroom bath tub doesn't have a shower, but has a great tub :) There are two other bathrooms with showers in the unit though so was not a problem. We had a great stay, and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you for a great stay! Maybe some day soon we can come back on vacation instead of working!
Great Ski Condo
Just finished a great 2 week ski vacation staying in Dave's condo.
Condo was everything we expected & needed.
Comfortable, convenient & well equipped.
Able to walk to shuttle for ski resorts.
Many great restaurants a short walk away.
Definitely try Burgers & Barley and Del Mar Largo just a 3 minute walk.

Great Condo - Very Helpful Owner
We stayed for a week in one of the condos shown (the condo with the cloth sofas - although both properties seem identical from the pictures). The owner was very responsive, helpful, accessible and accommodating!! The condo is great and is as pictured!! Three bedroom/three bath was perfect for us...there is a door that obviously connects to the property next door making the combined condos a great property for a large family or two families to share! The loft offers much more privacy than I thought, making it a great option for couples, etc. We found the condo to be stocked well and had everything we needed!! The hot tub is enclosed, but has a great ambiance and was very enjoyable. Bus stop is across the street - although we found the Park City buses were not always on time! Additionally, a block away is another bus stop that offers additional schedules if needed. Several good restaurants within walking distance! We would definitely rent this property again!!
A great stay for our ski group
Our group of 6 from Australia stayed for 10 days to ski at Park City & Canyons. There are two condos which I think can share a link door. We stayed in C3 with leather lounges and underground parking, and there is an outdoor parking lot as well. The apartment was very comfortable and homely, fully equipped, wood supplied for fire, and a stock of basic food included, which we used and replaced in kind. The room configuration is the "honeymoon suite" king with spa bath, 2nd BR with twin beds and access to main bathroom, and an upstairs loft queen with bathroom. The location is great, with Prospector Square restaurants and ski hire a short walk, and free city bus at the door. Our host David was great to deal with, lots of information, very helpful. Site manager Scott delivered more firewood, and sorted us when we thought we had locked ourselves out. The communal jacuzzi in its little hut is a bonus. Main St at night is really pretty with good restaurants, either a bus or car ride away. By summer the Rail Trail walk is right at the back. We are very happy to endorse this property, and hope to return.
