Decorated with coastal contemporary designs, this home provides a “local” feeling while on vacation! The open concept layout provides an easy flow from the kitchen to the dining area to the living room, with plenty of upgrades and modern touches throughout. Plenty of seating allows the whole family to be together with plenty of space to enjoy the gorgeous views. The dining table provides seating for up to eight with adjacent bar-top chairs for four.
Three bedrooms are located on the second level, all share a hallway bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the third level with picturesque views of the marsh; one has a queen bed with access to a bathroom across the hall; the master suite has a king bed and a private bathroom with double granite vanity.A highlight of this home is the new pool area featuring 1200 square feet of deck, which includes a pool, that has a sun-shelf and spa (both pool and spa are able to be heated for an additional fee - contact office directly, at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to set up).
Beach Access Information: Guests often access the beach via the Sea Pines Beach Club, which offers restaurants, a beach bar and restroom facilities. The Beach Club is free to use, but in May 2018 Sea Pines implemented $10/day parking fee during the summer (Memorial Day – Labor Day); you can still access the Club by bicycle or Trolley for free (seasonal). An alternative “free” beach parking option is Coligny Beach Park - located outside the back gate of Sea Pines. Coligny has restrooms, changing rooms and a fun splash pad for kids.
Sea Pines is the largest and best known of the Island’s vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Links of the RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.

This property was perfect celebrating our 50th Anniversary with family.
All 11 of us were perfectly comfortable in this home. The kitchen and outdoor space in particular were amazing. Privacy was terrific. The beds were perfect and everyone was comfortable .We had 5 grand kids with us ages 9 - 14 and all had room and interests to keep them happy. Fishing off the property kept the older boys very happy.
We would like to recommend that the home would provide 4-6 beach chairs. We were lucky to have fantastic weather in the 70's and would have loved to sit on the beach. We could not sit down which was not good. We did not bring our own beach towels because it was February. Just be aware of the "no seeums" at certain times of the year. Again, it was February but the deck had no comfortable chairs out.
Please advise renters to bring enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, sponges and other such supplies. There were no salt and pepper shakers, spices, etc. so bring your own. These are just little things that did not detract from our rental experience.
This home is amazing. We loved it!
Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback from your recent visit. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your vacation/anniversary trip to Hilton Head! Please let us know of any future visits, as we would love to have you and your family back (maybe for your 51st anniversary)!
Overall nice property, nice pool, no covered outside area, furniture by pool had no cushions
Overall house was very nice, sliding doors in living area would not open so you had to walk all the way around house to grill. Patio furniture had no cushions and seat was dry rotted. House needs extra ice maker, refrig ice maker will not keep up with more than four people. Enjoyed pool very much and the marsh canals provided some good fishing when tide going out. 15 min walk to beach, not too bad. Would probably rent again if nothing else closer to beach.
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We are truly sorry you did not have the great vacation experience we strive to provide all of our guests. Our goal is to meet and exceed your expectations.
The home has been updated with brand new pool and patio furniture, as we as a picnic table near the grill! As our properties are individually owned, we will be passing along your other comments regarding the ice maker to the owner so they can consider it in any future plans they may have with enhancing the property.
Nonetheless, we are again truly sorry for your experience and hope you give us the opportunity to provide you with a much better vacation on your next trip to the Island!
This house was a disappointment. It was evident that the "completely remodeled" home was poorly done. There weren't adequate window coverings in the home. No privacy, not to mention waking up at the crack of dawn. The pool lights didn't work nor did the spa jets. The pool chairs were in need of padding and a paint job. The towel racks in the bathrooms were falling apart. Spots of the house were chilled while other parts were warm. The house lacked bedroom dressers. Overall not a comfortable house and certainly overpriced in my opinion. Way nicer rentals in same location.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback from your 2017 visit. We appreciate your comments and are truly sorry we missed the mark to make your stay flawless. All of your suggestions were passed along to the owner and have recently been completed. All windows in the home now have blinds and new pool and patio furniture have been added. Nonetheless, we recognize the impact that this has had on your stay and apologize again for the frustration. We are again truly sorry for your experience and hope you give us the opportunity to provide you with a much better vacation on your next trip to the Island!
Awesome, large house for several families or for a golfers escape
We stayed here at the end of October and were lucky that the house was still available given Hurricane Matthew. There were 6 of us, all College friends, who just wanted a get away for a long weekend. The house is awesome. A pool and hot tub greet you as you arrive. The large deck overlooks the marsh in the back and has an outdoor table and grill. But inside the home is all brand new stuff. There are five large bedrooms. Four of the five have either a king or queen bed, so great for multiple couples. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms have all been nicely redone. They have a washer and dryer for your clothes, and another set in the garage for the "sandy" clothing and towels! Nice touch. The location is awesome, near Tower Beach and walking distance to many other attractions. We were very happy here and I'd come back again, perhaps with my family for a longer time.
