Kona Pacific is a lovely community right at the edge of Kailua village so you can walk into town for meals, drinks, festivals and parades. Watch the sports on Sundays at Humpy's or Ocean Sports just down the street. There are many cafes, coffee shops and restaurants along Alii Drive as well as boutiques and other attractions. Seasonal festivities galore! Chinese New Year, King Kamehameha Day Parade, 4th of July Parade, Christmas Parade, and many more. (We love parades here in Hawaii!)

Amenities at Kona Pacific include covered (free) parking, elevators, sparkling swimming pool with an ocean view sundeck/picnic area. There are BBQ grills at the pool location as well as a friendly reading room. You have a beautiful ocean view from the living area, bedroom and lanai. There is a small beach within walking distance, Honl's Beach, for a lazy day of swimming, sunbathing and relaxing.

This condo is fully furnished and equipped for your needs with a nice kitchen, queen bed in the bedroom, 2 full baths, and spacious living area. The large covered lanai will no doubt become your "second home".

The condo has large window AC units in both the living area and the bedroom.

Ocean Views and Bird Song

I stayed at this complex last year (different unit) and as a whole the complex is very quiet. I really like this unit as the lanai faces the ocean. Sleeping with the sliding glass doors open means you wake up to bird song every morning! Then you get up and look out at the ocean... ahhhh!! I really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the chase lounges on the lanai, so comfy!

This unit had everything I needed; every kitchen item I needed, plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler. The bed was very comfy and since I like to read in bed before falling asleep the head board lighting was perfect! It's far enough away from all the Alii Dr noise but close enough to walk there for breakfast, lunch or just shopping. I couldn't have asked for more! I'm going to look for this unit to stay in next year!

Had a great vacation. Weather was not perfect but still a great get away from the Pacific Northwest

The unit was very nice and a good location. Had a view of the ocean and easy walking distance to beaches and downtown. The condo could use some updating, the furniture was a little "tired" but overall a nice unit. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Great location

Great location! It was easy to walk to town. Room was good. The floor was really dirty but overall it was a nice place to stay.

Fantastic Location

The condo is in the perfect location. Close enough to walk to the pier butbfar enough that their isnlittle road noise and with dual access to Kaukini and Walua road access even during thebIronman World Championship was no problem.

The balcony is spacious. The apartment has all you need for hebdurstion of tour visit. The two bathrooms are a plus.

Better then we expected

My husband and I stayed at the condo for 29 Days while we looked for a permanent residence, we highly recommend staying here, it's very quiet, and the view from the Lani is amazing. The condo is very clean and if fully stocked with everything you need. We met a lot of friendly residents who were very helpful with fun places to visit.
