Very nice, totally renovated, one bedroom suite in this, gorgeous 1911 English Tudor heritage building is located near absolutely everything.

The Heights is a highly integrated and close-knit community with a small town feel. People know their neighbors here and are committed to building something with them for future generations. Local merchants open their doors for open houses, community meetings and both large and small special events such as Hats Off Day. The Heights features many parks, trails, recreation centers, heritage homes, and scenic views of the mountain and the city. We have only 8 units in total in an entire building and tenants are very nice and quite.

There are 3 suites on the main floor, 3 suites on the second floor, one in the basement and one penthouse.

This suite is about 650 square feet is located on the second floor.

It has refinished solid fir floors, cast iron heaters, 9 high ceiling, a lot of light, large windows with drapes.

Living room has two large windows. The one facing north has view of inlet and mountains, and the other facing west has view of water and Downtown. It is furnished with comfortable sofa, chair, coffee table, thick wool rug, flat screen TV, desk with chair located near large window.

Kitchen has plenty of storage, large fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. It has the window facing west with gorgeous view

The washroom has toilet, sink,bathtub with a shower, pedestal sink, mirror plus enlarging mirror and linen cabinet.

Bedroom has two large windows, one facing south and the other one facing west. You wake up in the morning and sitting on the bed you have a view of water and Downtown. It is furnished with a queen size bed with comfortable mattress, large dresser, closet, night table and lamp.
