THE APARTMENT:

Pristine luxury 1 bedroom apartment in a brand new building with Whole Foods in the lower level. Easy access to downtown, South End, Chinatown, Back Bay, Theater District and Subway. Catch the Green Line, Red Line or Silver Line with less than a 10 minute walk.

Beautifully appointed with full kitchen, dining for 4, all leather seating, 42" flat screen TVs with full cable, and WiFi included.

This location is the best! Steps to everything, this is where everyone wants to be.

The apartment is in a new building, finished in 2010. The unit features cherry wood floors, a kitchen with modern stainless Bosch appliances, granite counters and a luxury bathroom as well as laundry in unit and view of Downtown, Back Bay, the Seaport Skyline and more.

You can walk to so much of Boston has to offer including:

THE BUILDING

The building is new. Extremely progressive design. This innovative community was build to to LEED® Gold standards with regionally sourced renewable materials and finishes.

The wall paper in the halls is made from pleated, recycled newspaper. The mailroom is made out of containers.

The building utilizes a rainwater recharge on site.

Walk score of 92 = easy access to the RED LINE, GREEN LINE and SILVER LINE.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

While this is the South End, home to hundreds of Boston's best restarurants and bars, it is a short walk to Downtown, and has easy access on foot to Back Bay and the Boston Common.

The South End is home to theaters, art galleries, boutiques, and also boasts the largest brownstone district in the country.

This section of the South End was home to the Boston Herald and has recently undergone a massive facelift, putting it on the map in competition for Boston's Best Neighborhood.

Parking in the neighborhood is very tight. If you bring a car, the closest parking is 660 Washington Street. This is a 10 minute walk. Rates are $35 per day.

Hosts, Richard and Victoria work hard to ensure the accommodations are flawless, every time.

"We started vacation rentals as an experiment," Victoria said. "We furnished a top floor studio in our own multi-family home on Royal Street, just hoping it may get booked a couple of weeks each month. Immediately, it started booking and just never stopped."

Richard and Victoria now have 15 short term rentals in Boston and attribute their success to the fantastic reviews.

"Reviews fuel the fire", Richard said. "Now we have 3 additional short term furnished luxury apartments in Back Bay, Fenway and the South End that all get first class, five star reviews."

The couple say their experience with property management, and their knowledge of the city of Boston, combined with their insistence upon attention to detail is why they have such a high guest satisfaction rate.


SERIOUS CLEANLINESS STANDARDS THAT EXCEED EXPECTATIONS:

When you check in, everything will be in perfect condition. You will feel as if the apartment was put together just for you, clean and sterile from our cleaning crew on every surface, even the switch plates and remote controls.

We call it, "White Glove, Black Light Cleaning." It's our service mark.

Standards for cleanliness exceed those of any 5 star hotel. Every surface, appliance, drawer, ledge and corner are cleaned using a check-list with over 120 points. All surfaces, including floors and walls are vacuumed, then hand washed - never mopped.

Once the unit is thoroughly cleaned, it is inspected by your hosts Richard or Victoria or another manager before you check in to be certain everything is up to snuff. Feel free to do the 'white glove test' anywhere in the apartment.

Linens are laundered locally using bleach, and inspected twice before they go back for use in the unit. We use high quality cotton sheets and plush towels.
