Castleton Gardens is a friendly gated complex in sunny downtown Olde Naples, near the beach and marina. It boasts a generously sized pool area which also has a hot tub and grill/Tiki hut.

Fifth Avenue, with dozens of restaurants and shops, is only 2 blocks away. Third St shopping is also close by(6 blocks), all within walking distance. Castleton Gardens is nestled between two excellent theaters: Sugden Theater and Gulfshore Playhouse, both walking distance. Cambier/Allen tennis park is only 2 blocks away, with 12 public har-tru courts. The park also features basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, an amphitheater with free concerts, and an extensive playground.

This 590 sq ft condo has a living room which is open to a new kitchen with all new Bosch appliances and quartz counter top with bar seating. The bedroom has an excellent quality queen bed and generous closet space. The living room also provides additional guest bedding with a queen sleeper sofa.The stackable washer and dryer is tucked in a closet off the kitchen. There is a small table and chairs outside your door for having breakfast or coffee. Comcast TV and internet is provided, with one 44" TV in living room. Central air. NON-SMOKING unit. No pets, sorry! This is a desirable first floor unit.

Excellent condo and location.

Enjoyed my month's stay in this condo. The pool, jacuzzi, and courtyard added to the enjoyment of my stay. I could walk to everything or ride my bicycle. Very convenient for tennis and pickleball. Owner very accommodating.

Castleton Gardens

Great location, enjoyed sunsets on the beach, Naples Peer & beach, great restaurants, art, concerts in the park, and 5th Avenue activities. The condo itself is very comfortable with high end appliances, comfortable bed, adequate storage. We enjoyed evening swims, daytime relaxation around the pool, evening cookouts within the private and beautiful setting. The owner was friendly and extremely helpful during our stay. We want to come back!

Great location, great reno's

Great loc'n, a short walk (2 blocks) to both 5th Ave chic restaurants in one direction and to waterfront fish restaurants in another; close enough for us to walk to the beach and pier, too! Totally renovated - new kitchen with high-end appliances and stone (marble?) countertop; Wi-Fi, flat-screen tv with Netflix, apt size washer n dryer -and the owner was great to deal with. Friendly neighbours, too!

Castleton Gardens is beautifully located within walking distance(only a few blocks!) to shopping, restaurants, theater, marina, and Cambier Park tennis. It is also 8 blocks to the beach, which is also a lovely walk.

I hope you understand; I know things come up, but I depend on this income and once I commit to you, I turn away other bookings. Thanks for understanding and committing to my cancellation policy!
