We live in the Albany (parents) and Boston (children and grandchildren) areas and use this house for our regular gatherings. It is ideal for all of us. Its location is great because of its easy access to the beach, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, great food options, live and film theaters, and a quiet part of the Cape. It is private both outside (yet Brier Lane is filled with friendly year-rounders) and inside (good sound insulation among rooms - great for sleeping babies, and adults).

Accommodations were perfect for our family of 5--plenty of room and very comfortable.
Perfect for family get together
We had a wonderful vacation in this lovely spacious home in Brewster. It was comfortable for our family members ranging in age from 28 to 90. The location is ideal for enjoying the bay beaches as well as the ocean and pond beaches or just relaxing in the hammock listening to the birds. Although there are lots of restaurants in the area, we preferred to cook our meals in the well equipped kitchen and dine at the large table overlooking the garden. We are ready to return!
Great stay at great location
We had a lovely time at this terrific house. Large yet cozy, all amenities one would need, and an ideal location to get to both 6A and bay beaches. Brewster is a perfect locale to capture Cape Cod at it's best. We would definitely stay here again.
Awesome Summer Home
Great property. Wonderful 4 bedroom home. To start with this home was sparking clean. Very well appointed Chef's kitchen. Large yard and nicely set back from the road. When we arrived the side deck was full of debris from the bad storm the night before. The owner quickly had the deck cleaned. We would absolutely rent this home again.
The following will be signed by the LANDLORD and TENANT on booking By: Michael Miller and Christine Waters - hereafter called LANDLORD And: xxx - hereafter called TENANT The LANDLORD will lease the premises at 74 Brier Lane, Brewster MA to the TENANT beginning at 3:00 PM on [xxx] and ending at 10:00 AM on [xxx]. For this term, the TENANT agrees to pay $xxx which includes $xxx for rent and utilities (e.g., heat, electricity, water, trash removal, and local telephone calls, etc.) and a refundable security deposit of $700. SUMMARY OF PAYMENTS The rental payment is due at the time of booking unless another mutually accepted arrangement is made. Any liability, damage, cleaning fee, or additional expense claimed shall not be limited to the amount of the security deposit. LANDLORD must submit an itemized list of any liability/damage caused by TENANT, and return the deposit, less damages, within thirty (30) days after termination of the tenancy. BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING 1. No more than eight (8) persons, including infants and visitors, will occupy the leased premises. 2. No pets of any kind will be kept at the premises. 3. The TENANT will be responsible for all damages, breakage, and/or loss to the premises except normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualty which may result from occupancy. 4. The TENANT will leave the premises clean and ready for the next tenant. 5. The TENANT will provide linens, towels, extra blankets, and other items or supplies used during tenancy. 6. If the TENANT cancels the reservation, monies received as rent will be refunded ONLY if the premises are re-rented by LANDLORD for the same period, less a handling fee of 15% of the total rental amount. 7. The TENANT may not lease or sublease, nor permit any other persons to occupy the premises except with prior approval of the LANDLORD. 8. Premises shall not be used for parties, receptions, weddings, or other group or public functions. 9. The TENANT will return all keys.
