About the property

The villa is located in the Aljamar/Burriana area of Nerja on a fashionable mews type street 500 metres/10 mins walk from the amazing Burriana Beach with its promenade and international restaurants and cafes.

The property is accessed via a striking mews street leading into a spacious light and airy living room with a well equipped kitchen and west facing balcony with sea and mountain views, ideal for alfresco dining.

The three bedrooms are on the next level with two sharing a west facing balcony ideal for catching the sun from midday onwards.

Two bathrooms with bath/shower/wc and wc serve the house along with LCD TV with an extensive British and European package and the all important free optic fibre Wifi.

Burriana Beach is a 10 min walk down a fairly steep road and Nerja with the Balcon de Europa is a 20/25 minute stroll with its many pit stops and boutiques en route via the beautiful Carebeo.

The villa enjoys access to a communal pool, on street parking and a local bus service close by. There are also several supermarkets in the area with some offering a delivery service.

Features include free optic fibre wifi, aircon and discreet child gate leading to the stairs from the living room and a communal swimming pool 50 meters from the front door.

Over the winter of 2017/18 the house has undergone a major refit with a new open plan kitchen/diner, luxury walk in shower and updated furnishings.

We acquired this wonderful house in March 2017 and aim to give a memorable experience to all who want to share the cool chilled lifestyle of this fabulous part of Spain.

Great owners and great accomodation

We had a great stay in nerja. Property had everything needed, including a stair gate at the top of the stairs. This was a godsend with a baby thats into everything! 3 good sized bedrooms and a travel cot provided for baby. House was very spacious and over 2 floors, this gave us the space we needed as we shared the house with my parents. They had the terrace downstairs and we used the one upstairs. Jan was very helpful and answered all of my questions (there were a few!) We had a problem with the kettle which was resolved the next day..couldnt have asked for more. The house is in a good location, a short walk downhill for the beach but a steep walk back up so a taxi is useful.

Fantastic property nice owners beautiful location

We have just returned from a brilliant holiday I have stayed in many properties and this is definitely one of the best nothing was to much trouble for Jan the owner she was so helpful I mentioned to her their was no high chair for our little grandson she organised for a new one to be dropped off straight away. The property itself was home from home immaculate and we'll maintained pool area was beutiful only seconds away from the house. It was very child friendly. Location was great walking down to burriana beach with plenty of lovely restaurants Jay jays being one of our favourites only negative which wasn't a problem for us was we needed taxis back to get us back after a night out as the property is up a very steep bank. Walking up from the property about 10 minutes and you have two supermarkets for all your needs further on and a lovely walk and you come to the balcony de Europa one of the nicest places in Spain. Once again thank you so much and we definitely would love to return to your property and highly recommend to friends and relatives.

Beautiful town house and pool

We've just returned from 10 nights here and the house is fantastic. Spacious and clean with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The pool is lovely and wasn't ever too busy. Shops and bars only a walk away but please note there is a steep walk back up from buriana beach. There are taxis though that will bring you up especially if you have mobility problems or young children like us. Be sure to go into Nerja it's self, it's not a long stroll. Overall a great place and lovely house.

my short recharge relaxing break

I was in need of a well earned break to recharge my batteries and found the perfect town house. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard even diwn to english to spanish adapters and beach beds.

Lovely family villa in a beautiful town

We had a lovely family holiday here at this beautiful villa.

The villa itself was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and with everything you’d need to help you feel at home, including a well-provisioned kitchen, English TV channels and wi-fi. Jan (the owner) was brilliant – sorted everything out quickly in advance, and answered any questions we had.

The main living space is on the top floor, as you enter the property. This incorporates living room (nice and comfy sofa’s), a nice dining area (although we mostly ate out on the balcony), kitchen and a toilet. There’s a stair gate that can block access to the lower floors, which was great for making sure the kids didn’t go off for a wander when we were all together.

Downstairs has three bedrooms, two sharing a large balcony, and the other with a small private courtyard area. There’s also the main bathroom here. Downstairs again from here there is another bathroom, ideal for larger groups, although we didn’t need to make use of it.

Less than a minute’s walk away is the pool, which is shared with other villas. There were very few times we saw other people using it while we were there, but it was certainly large enough to accommodate a good number of people easily. There’s plenty of space around the pool to relax, and there are loungers and chairs at the villa, which you could bring if necessary (we didn’t as we spent almost all the time in the pool with the kids).

The location of the property is great – only a few minutes walk from the beach, but nice and quiet. The balcony gives you a view of the sea in one direction, and a view of the mountains in the other – perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening! There’s a fairly steep climb up to the villa if you’re coming back from the beach, but we took a buggy for our littlest one, and also made use of the local taxi firm when returning from the old town.

There are a couple of decent supermarkets within three or four minutes drive – we did most of our shopping at Mercadona, which pretty much had everything you could need food-wise.

The centre of Nerja itself is beautiful, with lovely, narrow shopping streets leading down to the stunning Balcon de Europa. We had some really nice meals out – TripAdvisor was our friend here, and it’s always worth remembering that the Spanish Restaurants in particular tend to close in the afternoon and re-open about 6.30-7.00pm. Our favourite was actually an Italian – Ristorante Vitaliano, at the bottom of Calle Malaga, a
