Completely renovated in 2015. Constantly making upgrades. Right in the heart of Beach Haven. Leave your car at home and walk everywhere. Restaurants, groceries, shopping, mini golf, museums, arcade, Fantasy Island amusement park, water slide, ice cream and more. 2 1/2 blocks from the ocean and 2 1/2 blocks from the bay. Large spacious rooms. Master bedroom with queen bed, two double beds in second bedroom. Full closets in each. Living room has queen pull out couch. Eat in kitchen fully stocked. Bathroom with tub/shower. Central air conditioning. Gas grill and outdoor front paver patio area with table and chairs. Garage turned additional entertaining space which connects to front paver area. Open the door for an indoor/outdoor space. Rinse off shower in back of house. Parking for 1 car but parking allowed on street. Cable and wifi. Cleaning included.

Very clean and comfortable

House has all modern amenities and is very clean and updated. Short walk to the beach,restaurants and shops. The bedrooms were set up perfect for our family. Would hope to come back next summer. Thank you for sharing your home.

Beautiful, cozy, clean and convenient.

This beautiful house is even more cozy and inviting in person than it is in the pictures. I searched for quite awhile to find a safe, clean, conveniently located vacation house for our family of four, and here we found everything we were looking for! When we arrived for our stay, the house was spotless and well-stocked with cleaning supplies and kitchen necessities and much more.

The location was ideal for us with our two small children (ages 4 and 2). We were able to walk to the beach during the day, to the bay to watch the boats and sunset at night, and to Fantasy Island for rides. The grocery store, pharmacy, tons of restaurants and the candy store are also within a couple of blocks. Basically, we parked our car when we arrived on Saturday, and we didn't need to move it for the rest of the week!

For families with small children, this house is ideal. There are no steep stairs, there is minimal traffic on the street, and there is plenty of room for a pack n play in either bedroom. We did bring one expandable baby gate to block the entrance to the garage, and two umbrella strollers for "travel".

For anyone who wants to relax, the converted garage/patio area is just perfect. My husband and I enjoyed our own little Happy Hour during toddler nap time out there- monitoring the nappers while chatting and relaxing.

Cathy was a pleasure to communicate with and we are so appreciative that she has shared this beautifully decorated home with us. We look forward to creating many more wonderful memories here!

Perfect Beach House!!

It was our first visit to LBI in over 10yrs and we couldn't have picked a better beach house! The home is newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. We especially loved the beach bar/lounge in the garage. My wife and I also loved the location, as it was easy walking distance to the beach, bay, restaurants, shops and fantasy island for our 4yr old son. We can't wait to return to LBI and spend another week in this home.

Lovely home, great location

We are a 3 person family and its hard to find rentals that are big enough for us and a growing teen but not too big that we are paying for rooms that we don't use. The Shoobie Shack was absolutely perfect. Spacious rooms comfy beds and everything is so well appointed. The house was immaculate and we loved coming home to it from the beach or our evening activities. They are planning for a 1/2 bath next year and a full outdoor shower which can only improve this lovely home. We highly recommend a stay at the Shoobie Shack!!

The Perfect Vacation Location!!!

My family and I loved our stay at the "Shoobie Shack!" The home is immaculately clean and in a perfect location in Beach Haven. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go for the entire week. The garage has a bar in it and it was also great for storing your beach items. We had a wonderful experience staying in this home and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Beach Haven.
