Newly remodeled 1938 ranch style home in quiet, tree lined neighborhood. This is a perfect place to relax and call home during your visit to Los Angeles. Our home is a great spot for vacationers, visiting family in the area and traveling professionals.

Zoo, Olvera Street. A historic monument in the oldest part of Los Angeles (Downtown LA. Souvenir shops, Mexican food restaurants)
- Griffith Park is a short drive away, it’s great for a nice picnic, walk, hike, bike ride, pony / train ride for kids. The LA Zoo and the Observatory / Planetarium is also at Griffith Park, as well as the Autry museum.
Greek Theatre, the Hollywood sign, Dodger Stadium and Downtown Los Angeles.

We love living in the foothills of Glendale. The quiet neighborhood has so many beautiful character homes. There is a lot to do in the city of Glendale and with the rest of Los Angeles within reach, we think it is the perfect location. We love the neighborhood so much we happen to live next door!

Perfect for our needs. Close to everything, quiet street in a upscale neighborhood. Home is very well maintained and the owners could not have been nicer.
Most comfortable property we have rented. We did not want to leave! The neighborhood was beautiful and great for long walks. House is very close to restaurants and shopping. Major highways like I5, 134, 101 and 170 are very short distance. Major shopping centers in Burbank and Glendale also close to home.
We had a wonderful experience and plan to rent this beautiful home again. Ellen was so nice and made our stay a real delight.
My husband and I have been visiting L.A. on a yearly basis for many years now, but had never rented a house there before. I had combed through the many vacation rentals on offer, and on our last trip, we drove around to take a look at the outside of the top contenders. This property looked the best to us, so we decided to book it and had absolutely no regrets.
It is located in a beautiful neighbourhood in quiet surroundings, yet very accessible to local amenities with easy access to L.A.’s offerings. It is very clean and I don’t think I have encountered a vacation rental that was better equipped with plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies. The bed was made up with good linens and was very comfortable.
Eileen was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions. She also provided some delicious welcome treats. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and in fact, have already booked for next year!
Fresh coffee and a tort were there on our late night arrival ready for tomorrow. Comfortable two two bedroom home. Basic needs were met ans surpassed by the owners. Looking forward to our next stay there.

We loved staying in Eileen and Marc's home. We especially enjoyed the holiday and spring decor. Eileen & Marc are also great with response time, never felt like I had too wait long for questions to be answered.
The house was perfect for my family of 3, but there is more than enough room for larger families. They have excellent games, we enjoyed playing them & also listening to the cd collection (we LOVE musicals).
The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect escape from the hustle of vacation activities. It's also close to many great activities; dodgers stadium, universal, the griffith observatory, disney, six flags, & much more!
I highly recommend this house to anyone planning a trip to the LA area!
This home is in close proximity to Dreamworks, Disney Studios/ABC, Warner Brothers, NBC, Universal Studios and is a perfect retreat for an executive in town on business. Excellent location for families visiting Rose Bowl events in nearby Pasadena. Accessible to numerous freeways and all Los Angeles locations.

CANCELLATIONS-
A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
NO LARGE GATHERINGS OR PARTIES ALLOWED. MAXIMUM 4 ADULTS SLEEPING IN THE HOME. MAXIMUM 8 PEOPLE (GUESTS +VISITORS) IN THE HOME AT ANY ONE TIME.
We do not allow guests to sleep on the couch. Please request an air mattress if needed.
The additional fee per guest over 2 applies for entire length of booking, even if the additional guest(s) only stay one or two nights.
Renters should be aware we live next door to the home. We are not intrusive and completely respect privacy of renters and renters will probably not even see us during their stay.
