This was our 4th time staying at this property since renewing our vows in Miramar Beach in 2014. Other than the noise from the upstairs guests walking across their floor in the early morning and late evening, our stay was awesome. The owner called us before our departure from home and gave us the option to postpone our arrival to Florida due to the possible threat of Hurricane Dorian. Communication with Deborah has always been great and we appreciate the flexibility that allowed us to move our dates to avoid possible holiday or weather related traffic. The dishwasher had to be replaced and Deborah let us know before we arrived. The replacement unit arrived before we left, so we were able to us it before we left.

The condo is the perfect size for a couple or small family and provides everything one needs to feel "at home" while visiting. Seascape now has a complex built right next to golf clubhouse with several places to eat, an arcade/laser tag, ice cream shop, and even a small liquor store. We were able to eat there a couple times and were able to avoid having to leave the Seascape property and fight the road construction traffic. There was good beach access and we utilized one of the five pools available on the complex and days were there were jellyfish warnings for the beach.

We look forward to returning again and will definitely request this Seascape condo again! Thanks Deborah and Tyson for sharing your place with us.

Condo was quaint, and on the golf course as advertised. Walking distance to the beach (but you still have to walk down a ways to the public access section) would definitely take the shuttle if you are going for the day and carting a lot of stuff/kids! Walking distance to a fabulous little coffee shop, DQ, and a few restaurants!

I would think this would be too small for 6 adults (as advertised.) We are a family of four, two adults and two younger kiddos, and it was tight. Just my opinion.

Owners are fabulous. VERY responsive and quickly handled an issue with the hot water tank.

Would definintely VRBO from these owners again, if they owned another, larger property, for our family.

The property was nice and clean. It was close to the beach and had friendly neighbors. The owners were very helpful and easy to get ahold of.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and Miramar Beach was gorgeous. Everything we needed was right there. Extras were movies and books. It was so nice to be able to have a place that allows our fur babies. We all felt right at home and especially liked the beach decor. The grounds were beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. It felt safe and that means a lot. Thanks Ty and Deborah for allowing us to visit for a week in April 2019. We do plan to come back! Mike and Sabrina Bowling
