2016 renovations have just been completed! We have completely gutted and renovated the living room area. All new paint, trim, furniture, decor, even new light switches and doorknobs.

Our condo is located in the highly sought after Sea Cloisters condo development. With only 3 floors and 30 units, the crowds are never a problem.

Our unit is the end unit, on the top penthouse level. Due to the unique layout of the building, our condo is the only one with a loft serving as an additional 4th bedroom. You can see the sun rise to the East from every room except for one bedroom.

Both bathrooms were renovated in 2014, gutted and completely re-done.

There are four total bedrooms. The master (1 king bed) with a sliding glass door opens to the oceanfront balcony. Wake up to the sunrise every morning! The second bedroom with a queen bed also has a beautiful ocean view window, and on a clear day you can see all the way to Myrtle Beach. Bedroom 3 is for the kids, with one twin and a full. The loft serves as the 4th bedroom, with two twin beds and another outstanding view of the beach.

Our kitchen was given a face lift, also in 2014. Stainless steel appliances and beautiful new back splash tile were added. And the first thing we did when we took ownership was recycle all of the old worn out pots, pans, dishes, bowls, appliances, etc. Everything is brand new except the silverware and coffee maker.

All downstairs flooring is either tile or hardwood laminates. The only carpet is in the loft.

We have flat-screen TVs in all three downstairs bedrooms, and the living room TV has a DVD player.

Parking is plentiful with 2 spots per unit. Parking passes are provided for 2 cars.

About Edd Lovette

For the past ten years we have been renting a home on 6th Avenue N. For seven beautiful summer days each year, we have been walking right past the Sea Cloisters building at the 6th avenue beach access. Year after year we have been looking at the condo building and dreaming that one day we could have our own little piece of paradise.

Fast forward ten years to today, and we are proud parents of a 4 year old boy and a 1 year old girl. Our dream as parents is to be able to provide our children with the memories of the beach which we have been able to experience over our lives.

This condo was purchased in March 2015.

The Sea Cloisters condo development is the nicest in all of Surfside Beach. The pool feels like a high end resort with the lush landscaping. The building and grounds are clean and beautiful.

BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS – We provide a handful of chairs and beach toys, but due to the short lifespan and constant replacement cycle, we cannot guarantee any particular beach supplies will be included. But please feel free to help yourself to any supplies available, which are located in the exterior balcony closet. LINENS – Linens are not included in the rental rate. Please bring your own bath towels, beach towels, and bed sheets. The beds consist of one king, one queen, one full, three twins. BATH TISSUE AND DISPOSABLE CLEANING PRODUCTS – Bath tissue, paper towels, soap, shampoo, trash bags, and other disposable items are not included. There is a chance previous renters may have left supplies, but please plan to bring your own. WASHER AND DRYER – Our unit is equipped with a stacked washer and dryer. Detergent, softener, and dryer sheets are not included. There is a chance previous renters may have left supplies, but please plan to bring your own.

Beautiful!

I started visiting Myrtle 3 years ago and this was the best condo we have stayed in so far! Everyone absolutely loved the condo. Everything and more we needed was there for us to use. The condo was beautiful and the scenery priceless. The owner was very nice checking in with us before our arrival for any questions we may need. We will definitely be back!

Just what we needed!

The condo was the perfect place for our two families! It was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us.It was such a pleasure to be right on the ocean! Every window and our porch had beautiful views. The beach was clean and not too crowded. Our kids enjoyed the pool, too. We'll definitely return to make more wonderful memories!

Lovely condo with a great location!

We loved our stay in Surfside. The condo was clean and well decorated with an amazing view of the beach and the sunrise. We loved sitting on the deck on the high-top table & chairs after playing in the surf all morning. We loved waking to the sunrise and watching the people on the beach stop their walks and shell searching to take in the beauty of the sun over the ocean.

The condo was well stocked and had plenty of space for our family of 5 (mom, dad, 2 young boys, and a nana.) TVs in every room, although we didn't need them since we were outside the whole time. The kitchen appliances are up to date, the furniture is in great shape, and there was virtually no noise from the neighbors below us. The condo residents and renters were all polite and friendly. The pool was very clean and beach access was super easy and convenient. The owners were very helpful and responsive, too! The only downsides were that we needed to bring our own sheets & towels, which is understandable, and the grill isn't the best since it's tiny and out in the parking area beside the dumpster, but again, understandable.

Thanks for a great spring break in Surfside! We would definitely consider this condo for another visit.

Another amazing vacation!

Our family returned to this unit for a 2nd year in a row. We thought it couldn't get any better. The updates done to this unit were so warm and welcoming. Fresh paint job(love the color) new living room furniture and numerous other touches did not go unoticed. Thank you for all of that and for being such a pleasure to deal with.
