(3rd bedroom downstairs used by owner and not included, has it's own entrance and locked from the rest of the house).

The entire house with full kitchen, living room, dinning room plus the 2 Upstairs bedroom/1.5 bath.

House is also available as a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath as well for an extra 125 per night for weekly or longer renters for the summer months. Master bedroom plus super modern shower as additional space available for rent. Must be booked in advance.

Surrounded by attached single homes and stand along single homes. Mostly Quite neighborhood expect for one neighbor once in a while. Downtown HB can be loud during special events (July 4th weekend, US Open for surf, Softball tournament, New Years, etc…). During special events very active and happening area.

High speed internet, TV, towels, coffee, hair dryer, 2 hybrid bikes + 1 mountain bike for teenager, body boards, beach chairs and umbrella provided.

Best Location and Remodel! Walk a block or 2 to everything, no need to drive or deal with the hassel of parking ever.

Great place in a very convenient location. Even though it's close to everything it was quiet.

The property is very will situated and has modern ammenities. The owner was very responsive to our needs (putting in darker curtains in the downstairs master to block street light). Beds were comfortable and there was everything we needed for the beach. It was a little hot in the evenings upstairs but with the sliding glass doors open, and fans on it would cool down. You do have to cross the PCH to get to the beach, but that's the case pretty much anywhere in Huntington Beach. From the apartment, you can easily walk to coffee shops and restaurants. If you are looking for somewhere clean, convenient and with plenty of space for you and your family within walking distance of the beach, then this is a great option!

Great place - fantastic location

We rented this place for our family to gather together for my mother-in-law 90th birthday so we wanted a family friendly place near the beach. This was a great option for us because it afforded us two great bedrooms upstairs for the family with small children and my husband and I sought refuge from the crazy in the bedroom downstairs. The beds were super comfortable and the place had everything we needed to make it feel like our own. The garage was a great bonus - we never had to search for a parking spot. The owner, who was an absolute sweetheart, made sure that she provided all the toys for the beach. She came by to make sure that we had everything that we needed and to make sure we had settled in.

The location was 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and about the same location from the downtown area. We could not have asked for more convenience paired with a bit of peace and solitude. We will absolutely plan to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at your home in Huntington Beach. The location was awesome - we could walk everywhere - beach , restaurants, etc! The house was was beautiful, modern and very clean inside! Plenty of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards! We would definitely stay again! The only negative was that the outdoor areas were a bit messy and the back one crowded with lots of miscellaneous items.

Bianca the owner was very helpful and very responsive to our questions. She was easy to work with from booking the unit to checking out. Thanks Bianca - we had so much fun celebrating a family birthday at your lovely home. Hopefully, we will visit again!!!

Fantastic stay

We loved our stay in Huntington Beach. The location was superb especially during the surf competition, a short walk to the pier. We are a family of 4, had tons of space. Beds were extremely comfortable. The owner was extremely easy to contact and got back to us with any concern we had. Highly recommended!

Great location! Owner very responsive!

This was our first family vacation of the season and Huntington Beach is always fun. This home was very nice, overall. Literally a 7 minute walk to Main Street and beach. The owner was very responsive to questions regarding parking in garage and connected us with the other renters (In above unit) to coordinate. We would love to stay here again and our kids had a great time! Best breakfast was Sugar Shack and best Dinner was Luigi's Italian - both on Main Street.
