Our Luxury Town Home ("Cactus Rose") is the perfect place to relax after your adventures in Southern Utah! Our two-story 1850 sf. Town Home is one of the newer homes in the community in Coral Ridge. It is an end unit, with extra windows and lots of natural sunlight in the farthest north section of Coral Ridge, with no backyard neighbors. It is within walking distance to the swimming pools and hot tubs, but far enough away from all of the noise.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, bonus room/loft area, single car Garage, a front Courtyard and back Patio area and a natural gas BBQ Grill. It is beautifully decorated with high quality furniture, mattresses and bedding.

Located in Washington City only 10 minutes north of St. George, close to I-15. The town home is located in the Coral Ridge Community, right on Coral Canyon Golf Course, with beautiful red rock scenery and gorgeous views (30% discount off golf)! Our town home is just minutes from Zion's National Park and Sand Hollow State Park.

Our home is loaded with upgrades. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile floors, upgraded appliances, full size front load washer and dryer. It is an end unit with lots of windows and natural light. 10' ceilings and 8' doors on the main level.

Fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, courtyard, private back patio with outdoor dining and natural gas BBQ, with all the amenities you need. Kitchen Island with 4 barstools and dining table with 6 leather chairs. Small table w/chair next to the kitchen/dining area to setup a laptop or for extra seating for dining.

Two Master Suites (one upstairs and one downstairs), with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, walk-in showers and large, walk-in closets. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath right next to the room.

The loft has two pull out sofa beds, one twin and one full, with an HDTV, Xbox 360 and Blueray DVD player, game closet, with DVDs and games.

All rooms have flatscreen HDTV's with HD cable, Smart/DVD/Bluray Players. Free high speed internet (WiFi) included.

Extra sleeping pad, play pen and high chair also available.

Two community pools heated year round to 88 degrees, two hot tubs, exercise room and a fishing pond right next to the community, stocked with trout, bass and blue gill, so bring an extra fishing pole!

We live in Ogden, UT and love Southern Utah and the St. George area. We have spent years vacationing all over Southern Utah with our children every year and wanted a place that we could stay and rent for others to enjoy. Why Eva-Marie chose Utah

Coral Ridge is a new community of luxury townhomes just off I-15 on SR-9 (10 minutes North of St. George). It has two heated pools, two hot tubs, a small putting green, indoor gym and next to a Washington City a park with a fishing pond. It is located right on Coral Canyon Golf Course, just 10 minutes to Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Creek Reservoir and Red Cliffs Recreation Area. Only 25 minutes from Zion Canyon National Park, Snow Canyon, Tuacahn outdoor theatre and all the other great St. George attractions.

What makes this townhome unique

Our home is at the top of the Coral Ridge development, with no backyard neighbors! We have a gorgeous view of Pine Valley and Zion's National Park in the distance. It is an end unit with lots of windows and natural light. There are two Master Suites with King Beds, one upstairs and one downstairs, with two separate living areas, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed so you can spread out. The furniture and decor is high quality, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Clean, great location, responsive hosts!

Our family really liked this property. It was clean, comfortable, and located in a cozy little community with a great pool and fitness center. Zion is nearby and it's right off the freeway so it's easy to get to. We were really impressed with the host's responsiveness and thoroughness. We would gladly recommend this property to our friends. Two thumbs up!

Warm and inviting

Three couples spent a long weekend at this wonderful property. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The main living area was a very warm and inviting place to hang out with friends. Easy access to the freeways to explore the area.

Nice, but doesn't sleep the amount advertised

The house is nice, but small. There are three (3) bedrooms that can sleep 2 persons per room and there is one small ("full" size) sofa sleeper that realistically can sleep one (1) or maybe two (2) small children. It advertises to sleep more, but they can only be assuming that people are sleeping on coaches and/or the floor. There was one (1) small pad for someone to sleep on the floor.

Bottom line, I don't believe this property was advertised correctly. It advertised the ability to sleep twelve (12) and realistically could only sleep 7-8. Most people assume that when a location advertises it can sleep twelve that there will be mattresses and/or sofa sleepers that can sleep 12, not merely space on the floor for someone to sleep.

Overall, the house is nice, well maintained, and well furnished. Just advertise correctly how many it sleeps!!!

Owner's Response: We apologize for any confusion that may have occurred, and are sorry your stay wasn't ideal. On the VRBO description, we advertise 9 in beds, with 12 maximum occupancy.  When the property was booked, they only identified 10 staying, with only 4 identified as adults.  Cactus Rose can easily accommodate 4 adults and 6 children, if that would have been who actually stayed at the property.  We have a playpen onsite, with (2) mats and a blow up queen mattress available upon asking.  There are two hide-a-bed couches in the loft, one a love seat with a twin mattress.  It seems like they did not read the instructions that show how to pull out the second bed.   If there are ever any concerns with our property, we recommend guests contact our onsite property manager. In this case, she would have been able to assist with the second pull-out bed, and facilitate the use of the Queen blow up mattress if necessary. If we would have been made aware that they had 12 adults to accommodate, we would have recommended our 5 bedroom property a block away (732018) which would have been a better fit for their group.   We would be happy to give you a 15% discount on future states at either Cactus Rose or Desert Lily.

Beautiful condo with many ammenities

I would recommend this condo-lovely kitchen with everything you need--BBQ on the patio plus other amenities. Location is excellent for visiting many parks. Restaurants , golfing and other activities are nearby. The owner is very lovely to work with answering any questions. I Have stayed at many VRBO's etc. in many states and would say this one ranks on the top of my list.

Wonderful VRBO

I have stayed at many VRBO's in several states but this one was my favorite! Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked . I would recommend this VRBO to anyone-location is great for seeing Zion National Park and other areas in the vicinity If you are a golfer you will love the golf courses in the area. The owner responds to any questions rapidly..
