About Vacasa, WA - Columbia Gorge Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great little cabin in the woods!

This was a perfect little get away cabin for my family. We especially appreciated the air conditioner and all the fans for the hot nights!!

Very nice cozy cabin

  • 5 of 5

I met up with a college friend of nearly 40 years for a girlfriend getaway and it was great! No mosquitoes which was wonderful. Several comfy choices of beds, very clean, well stocked except for a few things like wine glasses which you really don't want to pack on a road trip.... but we are of hardy stock and we made do with water glasses. The swamp cooler upstairs was great in the over 95 degree heat. The selection of local maps and brochures was very thorough and useful.

Great cabin for family get-away

  • 5 of 5

Great little cabin with wide open ground floor and nice loft with separate bedroom and room to sleep 6 more. Good location on the white salmon for access to the river or just a quiet winter get away. Our family of 4 had plenty of room for a quiet get-away weekend.

The property was advertised as being on the river. We could not see or hear the river from the cabin. The cabin was at least a 1/2 hour drive to any hiking trails. There was only one bathroom and it was on the first floor and the beds were on the second. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable.

Exactly as promised

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I picked this house to spend two nights to relax with our 2-month old after our wedding across the river in Hood River. We were looking for a quiet space to lounge around and that is exactly what we got. It was so nice that despite the house being located out in the country by the river, it was less than 15 minutes into White Salmon where there is a great little deli/natural foods store (Feast) and a cute brewpub with great food and beer (Everybody's Brewing).
