Property was fine
The 101greatescapes.com person was condescending and seemed bothered by the fact she had to check me in. She was not helpful. The check in process was never explained, and when I finally got to their office the blonde woman there seemed like she was put out to have to do her job. For that reason alone I do not think I would book this place again, and would certainly avoid any place that was connected to 101gteatescapes.com. The maintenance guy was fine, I know this because we needed him to fix the refridgerator and downstairs bathroom.
Unhappy
101 Great Escapes that rents this property was horrible. They over charged me for a night and I finally got my refund check, a month later. After repeated phone calls and messages they NEVER called back. The property was filthy and run down. The back porch is ready to fall down and the carpets are disgusting. After removing our shoes we walked around for about 10 min in the house until we realized the bottoms of our feet were black from the floors. This was the worst property that I have ever rented from VRBO. I was very disappointed.
