AWARD WINNING EXCELLENCE PROPERTY BY VRBO. This is one of the nicest unit in the complex. We try to exceed our guests expectations. One bedroom with queen size bed and bunkbeds in the hallway. Bathroom has been recently remodeled with river rock accents. Tropical decor in white and lime green and large balcony with panoramic view of the ocean for enjoying morning coffee or wine in the evening. Elevators are located nearby for easy access. Full size kitchen fully stocked with fine china and crystal, Cuisinart coffee maker and plasticware for kids. Condo has the "wow" factor and complex has the largest pool (heated) on the gulf coast. Newly purchased, flat screen, wall-mounted TV. Bunk beds have built-in TV/DVD players that kids and teenagers will love. We have a work-out room that overlooks the ocean. Condo is perfect for families, couples or girls/guys getaway. You can bring your laptop and work from the balcony. Come and relax and stay for a weekend, week or a month. Very organic! Chemical-free and pesticide-free.

Although it was beachfront it was somewhat Run down and not well-equipped.
At the last minute we were told that our original property was being worked on and that this upgraded property was available at no extra charge. The property owner was unaware of how to get into the room and that it had been double booked. Because of an owner dispute we were without cable for three days and power for half a day. It didn’t appear that the owner was aware of the condition of the furniture and the amenities. We felt added stress due to worries about what else might happen and if anyone else might arrive having booked the room. We stacked pots and pans in front of the door just in case while we were asleep. We feel that this can be a good rental once the owner is more familiar with it and how the process works she did respond as quickly as she could when we called. It is in a convenient location directly across from the beach, close to Kroger, Walmart, and good food. Renters need to be aware of special events and heavy traffic directly in front of the property .
Spent three great evenings enjoying the breeze on the balcony. The pool is really nice as well.
Comfortable and Convenient
The unit itself was comfortable and conveniently located. The pools at the property were great. However, only ONE of the three elevators was working, and that one happened to be at the BACK of the complex making for a long walk each time. Normally that would not be a problem, but I could not use the stairs due to my broken foot, and the broken foot made the long walk even worse. Also, the people renting the unit below us were smokers, and not just of cigarettes. While trying to enjoy the balcony, I got whiffs of marijuana smoke, sending me back indoors. While the elevator and other renters were not the fault of this property owner, those things did affect my overall satisfaction.
This was a last minute, spur of the moment booking a day or two before my trip. I chose the property based on location, reviews, ability to book right away, and mostly price. The price was the lowest compared to others I looked at and the property looked nice, so naturally I jumped on it. I was sent an invoice immediately, which I paid right away. Then, at almost midnight the night before I was to leave, I got an email from the owner saying there was an additional charge for a holiday stay. Since I had already been invoiced, and had already paid, I did not feel it was right for the owner to invoice me for $70 more. I did pay it, since the $350 I had already paid was nonrefundable. That experience put a damper on my whole trip. If I had intended to pay over $400, I would have chosen a nicer place within walking distance of restaurants and activities.
We had a very good time at the beach in Galveston. The condo was perfect for us.
Ruthann Cassidy was our Hostess. She was very easy to communicate with and you felt like you were dealing with an old friend. The condo was very nice she has it decorated lovely with beautiful linens, comfortable beds, and lots of dishes silverware everything you need to cook and enjoy. The pool was very nice and it was a short walk to the putt golf course. You can walk out the door and start your walk on the Seawall. The beach is just a short drive if you want to set up your canopy and spend the day playing in the water and laying in the sand which is what we did. We had a great time with friends and family.

The condo is exactly as described. The view is fantastic. The condo is cozy and comfortable. The owner, Ruthann, is very friendly and accommodating. Our favourite thing was relaxing on the balcony and just enjoying the view.
