Why Alisha Coy chose North End

When enjoying Boise life the North End provides us with the perfect setting. Being outdoors is important and with Camel's Back and trails nearby we cannot go wrong. Being able to walk to Boise's best locations is essential for us. With the eclectic charm of this home and the location we felt this would be the perfect place for us to enjoy as a couple and with family.

What makes this house unique

The home sits on a spacious corner lot with great outdoor living space. With an inviting deck and covered gazebo to entertain and enjoy we felt this was a perfect fit for us. Sitting outside listening to the pond while relaxing in the summer is serene. The winter is a great time for us to shoot up the hill and enjoy trails at Bogus Basin either skiing, snow-shoeing, or tubing with grandkids.

October visit

  • 3 of 5

The house was clean, but stairs to bedroom and basement very steep. Carpet on stairs to basement not secure and moveable. Heater was difficult to maintain constant heat. The kitchen corner that has 2 steps to living room needs a railing to prevent falls. The house was at a good location and would be great in warmer weather to utilize outdoor gazebo.

In general we were pleased with the property.

  • 4 of 5

We were pleased with our stay. We do think that there should be some kind of a railing on the left side going down to the living room. We did have some problems with getting the house properly cooled, especially the second floor. For some reason the furnace ran a couple of times. Some kind of explanation on how to use the Lennox wall units would be very helpful. Finally, the air mattress in the sofa sleeper has a leak, so it really could not be used for sleeping.

Beautiful location, clean, comfortable home that offered lovely space for our family reunion.

  • 4 of 5

Our family got together for a family reunion and found this home to be both in a perfect location (hiking in nearby Camel's Back Park steps away and easy walking to restaurants and shops) and very accommodating for our family visit. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds very comfortable, and both the indoor and outdoor space provided a lovely place to meet and talk. We would love to stay here again if we come back to the area.
