I was taking a one month course in Paris. I enjoyed how close I was to the local produce, butcher and other stores. The Luxembourg Gardens were very near. Place Contrascarpe was also a close walk. I had no trouble getting to anywhere I needed to go from here.
Beatrice was a wonderful hostess. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable. She had provided me with start up supplies for the place which was very helpful. Her explanation of the appliances was very good as some were new to me. This is a good choice for a stay in one of my favorite parts of Paris.
Beatrice was a wonderful host and a great communicator. The apartment had everything and was very comfortable! We had a great time in Paris.
Wonderful and generous host, Beatrice . She was very helpful and spent the time to even show us a bit of the neighborhood.(We also got to meet her charming husband) Anything we needed she was there to help. Location could not have been better. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Small but comfortable studio. We would definitely come back. It was our first trip to Paris and our first trip out of the U.S. We were there for our anniversary. Number 34. Thank you again Beatrice and we hope to see you again. Tim
My husband and I stayed 1 week in this great studio. The studio had everything we needed. Has a well appointed kitchenette and bathroom , and a comfy sofa bed.It is in a quiet street in the Latin Quarter . So close to many lovely cafes and bars and restaurants. Best of all it is close to many of Paris main tourist attractions. A short walk to the beautiful Notre Dame, Museum Orsay and the Louvre. We couldn't ask for more. Contact with the owner was fast and efficient and was very helpful with information about the area and places to see . Would not hesitate to recommend this studio to any of my friends, just loved it. Thankyou Beatrice
We were extremely happy with this unit. Beatrice was there to meet us and show us the apartment. It is in the perfect location. A couple of blocks to the metro and the RER lines from the airport and to Versailles. Across the street from the Sorbonne, a block from the Cluny museum, a couple of blocks from the Pantheon, Notre Dame and Luxembourg Gardens. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants but on a very quiet street. This is our fourth time to Paris and I would stay here in the Latin Quarter over any of the other locations.
We loved staying at Beatrice's apartment! It was ideally located in the Latin Quarter. It is a very quiet apartment, but you can walk just a block or two to be in the center of Paris night life. Lots of shops and cafes within steps. It was also easy to get to all other parts of Paris, either walking or by bus/metro. We walked everywhere. The apartment was very clean and the bed is super comfortable! True, it is a small apartment, but everything you may need is there. We stayed for 8 days and would definitely stay again. A highlight is to use the tours that are suggested - offered by Beatrice's friend, Marie - you won't be sorry!
Many restaurants and cafés, the famous Café de Flore, Les Deux Magots, Brasserie Lipp, le Procope, and also cinemas, theatre, jazz clubs in the area.
