Nestled away in Historic Pond Gap District this newly renovated 1950's home will charm you. It is a large 3BR/2BA including 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, and bunk beds in the 3rd room. There are air-mattresses for the larger groups an more than enough room to spread out in the house! The neighborhood is a lovely quiet neighborhood near all the best restaurants and shopping Knoxville has to offer! I-40 is less than a mile, so it couldn't be easier to jump anywhere in the city you would like.

Excellent experiences

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, very nice with views. It is close to the campus so we didn't need to drive too much. Lauren was very responsive and replied messages promptly. Check-in and check-out was as smooth as it can get. The house was stocked with all you need for cooking. Overall, this is an excellent rental you can find and we will definitely come back if our kids made to DI global final in the future.

Met our Needs

The house is currently a work in progress. However, it met our needs for the time we spent in Knoxville. Once the house is completed, it will be beautiful and very accommodating to anyone who wishes to rent on a short term or long term basis. One of the biggest considerations I was please with was the fence. It had been repaired and my dogs had room to run and play without the fear of one of the getting out. I would recommend the home to anyone.

Very cozy house!

This house is very very comfortable, with a spacious dining room and living room. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed! The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, but very accessible to downtown and also all the best suburban shopping areas. We stayed for a month in the winter and found it to be very cozy and warm. The owner was responsive when we needed anything. If circumstances arise, we'd very much enjoy returning.

Great house, Great location!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a great time. The house has plenty of room, beds are comfortable, house was clean, and a HUGE backyard. The house is in a very convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!
