Becoming a home away from home

  • 5 of 5

We've stayed at this property 3 separate times now. Mr. Womble has gone out of his way on all occasions to make the stay as seamless as possible. Close to House of Pies, we all enjoy the convent location. This is quickly becoming our home away from home when we return to the US for vacation.

Great place!

  • 5 of 5

Loved the apartment! Accommodations were great, furnishings were adequate and we enjoyed our stay! The upstairs neighbors were loud late at night occasionally, but it didn't bother us much. Thanks a lot Tim!

Owner's Response: Hi Brock, I am glad that you loved the apartment and that you said it is a great place. I am sorry that the neighbor were a little loud, that apartment is another one of my VRBO units. I wished you would have called me so I could have dealt with it at the time.

Great house, great owner, would recommend!

  • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed this home. The owner was VERY helpful in getting us approved and checked-in in with just an hour notice.

Location is very convenient for handling medical situations at MD Anderson.

We would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

Nice apartment, Great Owner!

  • 5 of 5

The condo was very nice and comfortable, but what makes this a no brainer for our next VRBO stay in Houston is the owner. From day one he has worked with us, answering questions promptly so we could make informed decisions about our stay. He also was understanding when our plans changed (within the rules) and we had to make a couple adjustments to the stay. While staying we had a slight problem locking the door. When we let him know, the owner he had it fixed in less than 12 hours! We will certainly be back. Very happy with the condo, very happy with the whole experience. That it's less than 5 minutes from house of pies doesn't hurt either :)

Everything was exactly as advertised! Tim responded very quickly to every question I had!

  • 5 of 5

This property was great and located close to everything we wanted to do (Museums, restaurants, and people we were visiting). I love the gated parking and assigned spot, so that was never a worry. Our family of five was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and laundry facilities are a must for us when we travel! I recommend this property and would definitely stay again!
