Our home is located near the heart of Salt Lake City, within easy walking distance of all downtown locations with fast and easy Interstate access to many major destinations along the Wasatch Front. Almond street is a quiet, charming street in the Marmalade Hill neighborhood. Known for its historic homes and hillside sunset views of the Great Salt Lake, the Marmalade neighborhood derives its name from the orchards which eventually gave way to meandering streets still lined with fruit trees, perfect for an evening stroll.
Our house is located just two city blocks north of Temple Square, three blocks west of the Utah State Capitol building, and six blocks from the Salt Lake Convention center. Also, within walking distance are the LDS Conference Center, the LDS geneology library, the City Creek Center Mall, the Utah Jazz Arena, the Ensign Point city overlook and the Memory Grove/City Creek Canyon walking/hiking/biking trails. Dozens of exceptional restaurants, cafe's, bars, entertainment venues, shops, public transportation, parks, all lay just outside your doorstep.
