What makes this apartment unique

We have renovated all three units at 319 Almond Street ourselves. No surface, inside or out, was left unimproved, and hopefully the results of this deep remodel speak for themselves. You'll be able to enjoy your evenings relaxing on the deck or cooking dinner with your family or friends in open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Inside you'll find plenty of room for up to four people to sleep comfortably, while accommodating up to six people at the dinner table.

With such close proximity to downtown Salt Lake City, no location is better suited for conveniently exploring all that this great city has to offer. From this safe and quiet street in the charming Marmalade Hill neighborhood, all the greatest neighborhoods, restaurants, activities and attractions along the Wasatch Front are within your reach.

Excellent Property for our needs

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property. The unit was exactly as described: very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was in a very good location for our circumstances. The owner was very responsive to all of my emails and questions. We definitely plan to stay here again when in Salt Lake City.

Little Gem in Salt Lake City

Just got back last night from another wonderful trip to Salt Lake City. This apartment was simply beautiful. The decor was all very fresh and soothing, a real pleasure to return to after a busy day. It was truly spotlessly clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. The living and dining area were wonderfully decorated and surrounded by windows that let as much light in as we wanted. There was a very nice deck with a table and chairs overlooking the backyard/parking area which we didn't get a chance to use but it looked very inviting. The TV was a perfect size to watch the Michigan game, practically the only thing we watched while there. Seating was cozy but roomy. The kitchen was small but very modern and truly made the very best use of space. It was a pleasure to work in. The bathroom was roomy, with a nice sized tub with a rainfall shower head and stacked washer and dryer. The only thing I found lacking was that there was no mirror directly over the bathroom sink due to the window there. As a contact lens wearer I would have liked a mirror there. Maybe a magnifying makeup mirror could be attached to the wall there. In any case, there was a large mirror on the side wall with a shelf which I used with no problem. I suggest you make sure to close the toilet lid before taking out your makeup. The parking area was perfectly adequate for our rental car which was an Altima. The only area that was a little tight was the entrance to the driveway itself but a little caution should make for an easy entrance for most cars. We needed to contact Weston once during our stay for help with the lock and he responded immediately. The neighborhood was beautiful and very convenient to lots of things downtown. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone and will likely try to rent it on our next trip to Salt Lake City.

Perfect for a couple.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for two people. It is conveniently located to Temple Square and all of the downtown attractions. We were very impressed with the comfort of the bed. Can't get that in most hotels!

Super clean and cute unit.

We had a great stay while in town for a convention. We had a small issue with upstairs noise that was immediately addressed by the owner. We would absolutely rent this unit again and intend to.

Our home is located near the heart of Salt Lake City, within easy walking distance of all downtown locations with fast and easy Interstate access to many major destinations along the Wasatch Front. Almond street is a quiet, charming street in the Marmalade Hill neighborhood. Known for its historic homes and hillside sunset views of the Great Salt Lake, the Marmalade neighborhood derives its name from the orchards which eventually gave way to meandering streets still lined with fruit trees, perfect for an evening stroll.

Our house is located just two city blocks north of Temple Square, three blocks west of the Utah State Capitol building, and six blocks from the Salt Lake Convention center. Also, within walking distance are the LDS Conference Center, the LDS geneology library, the City Creek Center Mall, the Utah Jazz Arena, the Ensign Point city overlook and the Memory Grove/City Creek Canyon walking/hiking/biking trails. Dozens of exceptional restaurants, cafe's, bars, entertainment venues, shops, public transportation, parks, all lay just outside your doorstep.
