Our fully appointed carriage house apartment was custom-built for comfort and perfect for solo travelers or couples. We make every effort to create a restful retreat for our guests, family and friends, so please make yourself at home and let us know if you need anything at all.

The thoughtful floor plan includes a well equipped full kitchen, dining space and living area; plus a generous bedroom, full bathroom and dedicated laundry area. It is furnished with comfort and convenience in mind, including down pillows, down sofa and a natural latex queen-sized mattress. The apartment has three large closets, a full dresser and large pantry, making it ideal for longer-term stays. Eight widows offer lots of fresh air and natural light. Radiant in-floor heat and dual AC units provide temperature control year round. Off-street parking is adjacent to the private entrance with indoor stairs. We provide a full cable package including HBO, etc. and a reliable and secure WiFi internet connection.

We are located in Valley West, an award-winning family friendly Bozeman neighborhood. At the end of our street is a dog friendly park, walking trails, a large playground and a trout stocked lake. We are within 10 minute's drive of vibrant downtown Bozeman, Montana State University, and the world famous Museum of the Rockies.

Our location gives easy access to skiing at Big Sky/ Moonlight Basin or Bozeman's own Bridger Bowl. We are within 85 miles of both the north and west entrances to Yellowstone National Park, and less than a block away from a Streamline stop, Bozeman's free bus service. The owners live in the adjacent main house and are usually readily available.

PER HOA COVENANTS, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR OUR APARTMENT IS 2 ADULTS AND IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Exceptions will be made for additional small children.

Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check out is 11 AM. An early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the cleaning and reservation schedule. Call to inquire.

AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST: A Pack-N-Play crib for a baby or toddler; A large dog crate; bear-spray for local hikes; Local hiking, mountain biking and fishing guidebooks, etc... Need anything else? Just ask!

ONE NIGHT STAYS ARE USUALLY ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN BOOKING WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF CHECK-IN (as a general rule, or space allowing on the calendar. Please call to inquire.)

7% Montana bed tax is applied to all stays LESS THAN 30 days.

A $99 VRBO protection plan is required for stays longer than 30 days in lieu of a damage deposit.

Nicely appointed carriage apartment

This carriage apartment was very comfortable, with in-floor radiant heating, which was very nice for a winter stay. The layout was great, with full kitchen and everything you could need for cooking. I especially enjoyed the full tub/shower as I have stayed at others with only a small shower. The owner was very welcoming and eager to answer any questions about the apartment or the area. The parking space was always shoveled, and the inside stairway is always a plus in the winter. Bozeman is a great place in winter for hiking and of course there is cross-country and downhill skiing as well. All in all a very nice month.

Cozy Hideaway

I enjoyed my 2 month stay at the apartment while I looked for property to buy to relocate. Paul and Kristen were the perfect hosts. They were available for any questions about the unit or for information about the area. The apartment was super clean and welcoming, exactly as it was presented in the VRBO advertisement. The ease of having a private entry with parking was appreciated. I wish Paul and Kristen all the best and hope I see them from time to time now that I have a more permanent home in Bozeman.

This rental is like home away from home; it had everything I needed. Everything was clean and ready upon arrival - parking was easy - entry was simple - bed was comfortable - bathroom clean - nice living/kitchen/dining area. Great place to stay!

Cozy, comfortable and quiet~

This was a perfect get-away spot for us during a week of hectic activities around my daughter's wedding. Paul was very helpful and accommodating, and we couldn't have asked for more. The park half a block away is a beautiful and peaceful place for a morning walk. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable, well-maintained apartment in beautiful neighborhood conveniently located about 4 miles west of downtown Bozeman. The owner, Paul, was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for enjoying nearby hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or any other outdoor activities. Will definitely be a repeat customer when traveling to Bozeman.
