Located off of West 6th street just 2 blocks from the Whole Foods, this recently renovated condo is perfect for a quick-trip or a long-term stay. Nestled away on a quiet street, the building is surrounded by posh homes and is on the doorstep of some of Austin’s most famous restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. You won’t need a car while you’re here, but included is covered assigned parking and available off-street guest parking.

This thoughtfully-appointed condo features a private one bedroom master suite with a plush, memory- foam queen mattress, luxurious Egyptian cotton linens, and extra pillows. Additional bedding is available with separate twin and full sleeping spaces, which can be combined into a queen mattress, perfect for individuals or a second couple.

Oozing with local charm, there’s no better place to relax after a long day at a festival. Start your day by enjoying the gourmet coffee/tea bar while listening to music on the high-end Bose sound-system. Then, walk to the lake for a refreshing morning jog, bike-ride, or kayak. Afterwards, enjoy the spa-like, rain-shower equipped bathroom with sumptuous towels. For happy hour, walk across the street to Clark’s for amazing happy hour oyster specials.

Maybe you’ve had too much action in the city? Kick back, relax, and read a magazine on the elegant living room chaise. Would you rather watch the big game or a movie? Great home base.

The great: Location is excellent for access to downtown, Lady Bird Lake trail, even South Congress. Apartment is clean, feels modern, and has all the amenities. I didn't use the TV or tablet provided, but it looked like a nice setup. I was in town for some work stuff and to help a friend go through surgery, so I liked that there was a full kitchen, the neighborhood was quiet and there was dedicated parking. Really was like coming home to my own apartment at the end of each day. Great service from TurnKey rentals too - I had some issues getting the entry code, but they helped me resolve everything quickly.

The questionable: This is definitely a year-round vacation rental, which is great for it feeling like a hotel but it's obvious no one is actually invested in the place. When I tried to close the hanging blinds over the back door, the whole track installation fell on my head. It was easy to snap it back into place, but yeah - just an obviously cheap temporary apartment installation. The bed is really comfortable, but the sheets are kinda itchy. And this is a street-level unit with clear glass doors opening right onto the alley, so the place would be SUPER easy to break into and at times I felt not so safe (I live in a moderately shady section of my regular city, though, so I'm kind of paranoid).

That said, I would and hope to stay at this property again. I just won't try to mess with the back door blinds :)

Very Satisfied.

Overall clean and lovely, Well maintained and quite neighborhood. At the time we were there, there was some construction going on in until below and very early morning noise (around 7) forces us to wake up early. Would not be a problem without construction

Convenient, casual apartment — great spot to crash during SXSW or other events

The apartment is well-enough located to get downtown in a 10 minute Uber ride. The 24 Diner is right around the corner, and it's also near the Whole Foods if you want to use the reasonably stocked kitchen to cook at home. The bed is comfy, the living room sufficient — with included cable TV. A great spot in a pinch — and we didn't even need to rent a car!

On our last night (early early morning) there were several trash trucks that came through and made a bunch of noise, but otherwise the spot was very quiet and removed from the road.

The condo was nice and in a great location. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We drove all day to get to Austin and relax in the warm weather. It was unfortunate that the first morning we were woken up before 7am bye construction workers directly below us. I called management and left a message asking if this was going to be an every morning occurrence. I did not get a call, text or email with any response. Luckily there was no construction after that morning. In the future management should let renters know if construction is going on. Once again this was a great place to stay, management just needs to communicate better. I would still recommend this condo. We had a great time!

I recently moved to Austin Texas and rented this unit for my first month there. This apartment is lovely, clean, well lit and the neighborhood is nice. There are nearby shops and bakeries, including Whole Foods Market, which is a 5 minute walk. This unit backs up to trees, which makes for a nice green view when opening the windows. This area is well lit with lots of nice shops and eateries. I have to say that as a single woman, I felt very safe here, even walking around in the late afternoon early evening. If you have a car, there is a designated parking space. I traveled a bit and never had to worry about leaving my car in the parking space for several days at a time. The units are pretty quiet, and I felt comfortable entering and leaving my unit late at night. The only issue that I had with this apartment was that the Schlage Keyless lock stopped working. I only bring this up because the management staff responded promptly and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. They were very professional and courteous, especially the repair guy. Overall, I would give this rental unit a good rating and would definitely rent here again if I needed a short-term place to stay.

I recently moved to Austin Texas and rented this unit for my first month there. This apartment is lovely, clean, well lit and the neighborhood is nice. It's nicely furnished with a nice kitchen and laundry unit. The unit is within walking distance to nearby shops and bakeries, including Whole Foods Market, which is a 5 minute walk. This unit backs up to trees, which makes for a nice green view when opening the windows, which I felt comfortable doing while there.

The parking lot is well lit. I have to say that as a single woman, I felt very safe here. If you have a car, there is a designated parking space. I traveled a bit and never had to worry about leaving my car in the parking space for several days. The units are pretty quiet, and I felt comfortable entering my unit late at night.

The only issue that I had with this apartment was that the Schlage Keyless lock stopped working. I only bring this up because the management staff responded promptly and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. They were very professional and courteous, especially the repair guy.

Overall, I would give this rental unit a good rating and would definitely rent here again if I needed a short term place to stay.
