Great location

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 12 went to Fairfield Bay for a reunion July 1-5 th . We had no idea this home would be such a great fit for our large family. Accommodations were very nice. Loved the large kitchen island to gather around , the great porches to sit out and relax on and the hot tub !! Would stay there again if we are ever in this area !

Beautiful property. Very spacious. Perfect setup for our multigenerational group!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Fairfield Bay. The house was just perfect with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was great with everything we needed. The porch was our favorite space. We enjoyed several meals out there and also played board games out there. The hot tub was also a big hit! We rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon, went to the caves, played putt putt golf, and went swimming. There are endless activities! It was the perfect family vacation.

Great place on the water. The screened in back porch was awesome.

House was nice and had everything we needed. The only thing I could think of needing that would make it better would be boat slip access.

WONDERFUL MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay at this beautiful home!!! The house was huge and very homey. My favorite room was the kitchen. Plenty of space to cook and enjoy your dinner. The only drawbacks were the tight parking space. We were able to put 2 cars in the garage and 3 in the driveway. The garbage disposal and one of the downstairs ceiling fans did not work. We let Fran know and she was very appreciative!!! Also, we were not allowed to use the dock, but Fran rented us a slip at the Marina. Some of the info on VRBO was not correct and I informed Fran of this and she said she would get it updated. She was very nice and extremely accommodating. I loved this house so much if it were on the market, I would want to buy it!!!! We spent a lot of time on the huge deck just listening to Mother Nature. I can not say enough about this house. We will definitely rent again!!!!

Long Weekend Getaway

  • 5 of 5

Seven of us arrived on a Thursday afternoon and left the following Monday morning. The house was perfect! The four bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen and dining table were very large. We were able to prepare some wonderful meals - and used the gas grill too. The screened in porch was so relaxing as was the hot tub. We even took a boat over to Sugar Loaf Mountain and hiked to the top. I highly recommend this house for a relaxing getaway.

Great Vacation destination

  • 4 of 5

We took a large group to the lake and spent 4 nights. The house was very spacious and well furnished. We would definitely stay here again. The only drawback was not being able to use the dock. Although there was a dock right behind the house, we were not allowed to get on our boat from it. We had to tiptoe through wet rocks and swim to our boat.

Map

Fall is the perfect time for hiking the trails at Fairfield Bay, climbing Sugarloaf or taking part in the Oktoberfest activities in mid October. The weather is still perfect for fishing off the dock or renting a boat to tour the lake or fishing in one of the many coves.
