Overall the property was adequate, but the owners have not had a chance to truly create a place that I would recommend.
Pros: Has a nice large seating area for a large group.
At the end of a road, so no noise.
Garage if you need it (we did not open it so do not know of its condition.)
Cons: One room the heat was busted in so it was constantly pumping heat into that room. Middle of the night it was 80+ degrees.
The counters are IKEA butcher block and not a good material. There are numerous places in the kitchen that tell you to not spill or cut on the counters. I can agree with cutting, but counters should be durable...hard to cook without something getting spilled on them.
The last item could be a pro or con, but the place is at the end of a very skinny road in the backwaters...could be what you want, but maybe not. Keep it in mind.
