About anne e archer
I love love love Myrtle Beach. It is my home away from home. I haven't opened this property up for rental in the last 4 years. It is now time to share this wonderful, historic property. It is offered for weekly stays. Check in is Saturday at 4:00.
anne e archer purchased this House in 1998
Why anne e archer chose Myrtle Beach
This beach bungalow was built in 1930 and was owned by one family until 1998, when I was blessed to have the opportunity to purchase it. It has always been lovingly cared for. It is a very special place as it is privately nestled in the trees. It has a very private, wooded feel, but very close to the beach and to all of the Ocean Blvd. attractions.
What makes this House unique
This home is very unique to Myrtle Beach in that it is one of the few remaining beach bungalows from the 1930's. It has been renovated personally and with very special touches throughout. It is truly a home and not just a generically rented property. The cottage is managed by me personally and loved and cared for by myself and my dear friend, Patty. She is meticulous! You are not renting from a large rental company who does not know you by name. You are in staying in your home away from home for the week. You don't even have to bring condiments or paper products. Its all there for you to use and enjoy!

nice vacation spot
Me and my family stayed at the house over the 4th of July. We really felt at home the bedrooms are nice and the screened in side porch was my second home. There is plenty of privacey and we were close enough that even my children didnt mind walking. The beach inlet is close but still enough away to keep us from the all night noise of the strip. We were able to walk to things like the Skywheel and Family Kindom with the ability to come back for a break to eat and cool down before returning. Shopping and Adult entertainment was also close. My children could also see the 2nd pier wednesday firework from out front. The kitchen and the laundry was very well kept up, my only concern was the back yard needs alittle TLC but nice for the area. Cant wait to stay again.
Located conveniently in the heart of Myrtle Beach near the BOARDWALK, which features shops and restaurants, and beautiful garden pathways running 1.2 miles from pier 14 to 1st ave. The cottage is also near Family Kingdom Amusement Park, THE SKYWHEEL, The 2nd ave. pier and restaurant, Ocean Boulevard with all of it's shops and attractions, miniature golf, numerous championship golf courses and of course the Atlantic Ocean are all only footsteps away, but it feels very private. Two minute walk to the beach. There is a view of the beach from the front of the cottage.
