Great condo!

The condo was modern and clean. It was conveniently located to resteraunts, stores and groceries. Short walk to the beach. My only complaint was that we heard the elevator all day and all night long every time it was used.

It has not been reported to us in the past so I will be sure to inform the building association to see if that can be looked into. Beautiful 9th floor view!!!

My family and I stayed here for a week (July 1 - 9). There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The view from our balcony on the 9th floor was beautiful every morning and evening. It was nice to be able to walk right onto the beach from our condo. Traci was awesome to work with and was able to get us checked into our condo a bit early the day we arrived. We did have a rough start to our week due to our refrigerator not working the first day we got there, but we realize these things can and do happen without warning. We had to pack our food in coolers with ice which was very frustrating and stressful considering we had just went to the grocery. We did get a brand new refrigerator the next evening. Traci was very apologetic and good about keeping us updated and then checking to make sure the refrigerator was installed. Vacation is about relaxing...not being stressed out the first two days over having to keep buying bags of ice to make sure our food and drinks were kept cold. We did lose about $65 worth of food. Traci once again apologized and reassured me that we would be reimbursed for the food lost along with the ice we had to buy. I contacted Traci a few days after returning home and inquired about the refund for our food. She informed me it would be refunded the same time as the damage deposit in the next couple of days and sure enough it was refunded back to us as she promised. I can't say enough about Traci and her professionalism and promptness on handling this issue. She was very understanding of our frustration and was nothing but positive and reassuring through it all. Overall once the refrigerator was replaced we enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Fantastic stay

We just returned from this condo, and we could not have asked for better accommodations. The furnishings were comfortable and tastefully done. The view was absolutely phenomenal. We were within walking distance of many places to eat (Gulf Island Grill is our favorite), but there is truly no need to go out to eat. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. And of course, the beach was so relaxing. This condo made a much needed family vacation an absolute dream! We are already starting to plan a return trip!

Awesome condo

Loved absolutely everything about the property except the water pressure problem. The condo was perfect for us from size and comfort to location in gulf shores.

But water pressure must be addressed!!
