This spacious, beautifully decorated, 1779 square foot, three bedroom, three bath condo is located in The Links Golf Villas development which overlooks the first hole of the Marsh Course at The Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club in Gulf Shores, Alabama (this unit is NOT located on the beach). The Peninsula is a gated community on Bon Secour Bay featuring 27 holes of championship golf - The Lakes, The Marsh, and Cypress. The Peninsula also features the area’s premier racquet club, including eight lighted courts, a pro shop, fitness center, and indoor and outdoor pools, and 24-hour security. (This property is a 6+/- mile drive from the beach.)

This corner unit is located on the first floor in the last building in the complex, affording beautiful landscaping and complete privacy with no congestion or high-rise sprawl. It is located within a short drive to the beach, restaurants, multiple golf courses, outlet mall shopping and amusement centers.

This luxurious, NO PETS, non-smoking Condo is the perfect setting for a family and/or golf vacation, it is designed with all the comforts of home, and it will meet or exceed your expectations. It is decorated and accessorized with upscale furnishings and stocked with all the extras to spoil you. You will enjoy a spacious, well-stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops, top-of-the line small appliances, a large dining area, a well-appointed great room, 10 foot ceilings with eight foot doors, crown molding, televisions in the great room and each bedroom, a DVD/VCR combo in the great room and master suite, ceiling fans, and a screened porch overlooking the first green (accessed through the great room and the master suite).

Our condominium is so spacious and homelike -- complete with top-of-the-line furnishings and appointments. With its location in The Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, you have the peace, quiet, and security of a gated community. The community is ideal for walking or jogging, or you can sit on the screened porch and watch the golfers pass by. Pack a picnic for lunch or dinner, and a short walk will take you to the pier and gazebo on Bon Secour Bay. Of course, the wonderful gulf beaches are only a short drive away, and the Tanger Outlet Center is about a 15 minute drive north.

First class all the way!

Everything from large and small kitchen appliances to linens and furnishings is all high end. Beds and pillows are all very comfortable. This golf villa is unlike many rentals where the owners skimped on the amenities. As the headline says, everything is first class. We are golfers and it's so wonderful to be right at the course. We plan to return next year!

Great trip!!

I will definitely return to this condo!! The entire process was so seamless!! The condo itself was very well stocked with high quality utensils and appliances. The decor was great and high quality as well. I really like the fact that it didn't have that cheap looking beach condo decor with palm trees and shells on everything. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Located a short drive from the beach, this property is tastefully decorated, comfortable, well stocked for cooking, and a great place to relax with family. After a few hours on the beach each day, we spent the hot afternoon hours at the condo--my four kids didn't want to leave. It was that nice. We felt very safe at the condo, and the owner made communication super easy. We loved this home away from home, and we highly recommend staying here.

Great relaxing place!

Our family and friends enjoyed our stay here. It was very relaxing away from the busyness but still close to all the fun and beaches. Eveeything needed was in the unit. Very big and spacious and beautiful. Great place!

The only thing was the carpet wasn't clean (I'm sure not owners fault but the people who clean it for them) and ac filter was very dirty and was there since Jan 2016 so we replaced it with a clean one (it was available there) Other than that it was a wonderful stay!
