Stay was great!

  • 5 of 5

There was a large group of us that stayed here for a bachelorette party! The house was very clean and prepared with tons of space! It was a great location with a very short cab ride to Broadway. There are 4 very comfortable beds. The master room was very large and beautiful. We blew up an air matress which worked out great instead of using the couch since we had more than 8 people. Anything over the 4 beds were the pull out couches. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets which was nice. Grace was very responsive and accommodating! I would rent from her again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous house in a great location

  • 5 of 5

We had 9 family members stay at this house for a four night Nashville vacation. Everyone had plenty of space and we loved the open main floor living area for hanging out and visiting. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It's a short Uber ride to Broadway and in a nice neighborhood for taking morning walks. The owner was very accessible to communicate with about arrival and departure instructions. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Nashville.
