Professionally decorated and recently available as a rental, this 11th floor unit has a panoramic view from the Atlantic Ocean to Halifax River with balcony access from both the living room and master suite. The 9 foot ceilings and crown molding add to the open and airy feel of this unit.
The living room has a 50" 4K Ultra resolution TV with Blu-ray DVD player and over 100 HD cable TV channels with plenty of plush, comfortable seating for a family to spend time together. Free high speed Wi-Fi is included.
In the master bedroom suite, you will find a king-sized bed with beach, ocean, and city views from the balcony doors and two additional windows, as well as a 40” flat screen TV. Adjoining the master bedroom is a large walk-in closet for her and a separate double-door closet for him! The dual vanity master bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi tub for two, separate linen closet, and a walk-in shower.
The first guest room has a queen bed, 32 inch LCD TV, and its own private balcony and views of the Halifax River. This guest bath has a walk-in shower and linen closet.
The second guest room has two twin beds, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is a double-door closet and two windows with city views of the Halifax River and beyond. The tiled bathroom has a large walk-in shower and linen closet.
As the owner's second home, the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, bowls, pots, and pans. It has a full array of small appliances and bakeware, including a crock pot, pasta pan, casserole and other baking pans, mixing bowls, trays, measuring cups, mixer, storage bowls, toaster, and a myriad of kitchen utensils. The kitchen is supplied with foil, plastic wrap, waxed paper, and zip lock bags and starter packs of detergent and paper products. The dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove are just two years old. There is an in-unit, full-sized washer and dryer, new iron and ironing board, vacuum, and step stool. Bed and bath linens are supplied, including 8 beach towels.
Condo amenities include a first-floor club room that opens onto an oceanfront deck with dual heated pools and Jacuzzi spas. The club area includes multiple seating areas, a pool table, flat screen TV alcove, and a full kitchen. The fitness room has multiple treadmills, climbers, bikes and free weights.
Dual elevators provide rapid access from the underground gated parking. The building is very secure, requiring a key at each entry point. It also has 32 cameras on the property for full security monitoring.
Towers Grande is 1 block from a Winn Dixie Supermarket, laundry, nail salon, liquor store, and post office. An alligator-themed miniature golf course is across the street. The Daytona Diner is right next door.
Towers Grande is 15 minutes to the Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Airport (DAB). Orlando Sanford International airport (SFB) is 40 minutes and Orlando International (MCO) is 75 minutes away. There are several public golf courses nearby, while the Kennedy Space center, Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios, and St. Augustine are all within a 75 minute drive.

We are mid-west folks who bought this condo as a second home, and hope you will treat it accordingly. This is not a hotel! We are renting it during the months when we are not able to be in Florida.

Towers Grande was an ideal mix of high quality, modern, secure, and well maintained. We looked at more than 16 other buildings in Daytona before settling on this unit. We specifically do not like the units that have only ocean views (the ocean is pretty much just black at night). We enjoy having the full city view all the way to the speedway as well as the beach and ocean view. We also wanted to be on the north side of the building to avoid the bulk of the southern summer sun in Florida. We can always go to the pool or beach if we want to get into the direct blaze!
This is a quiet and secure building with secure parking. It is not a party place. We like that and hope you will too. Families and children are very welcome. Although the building and our unit is not designated as wheel-chair accessible, there should be no limitations to prevent wheel chair access. There are, however, no grab bars in the bathrooms or showers, but the doors will accommodate most wheel chairs.
The condo is very luxurious, and extremely clean. It is direct on the beach and the pools are great for all the family.I recommand it with no hesitation. As soon as we go back to daytona beach, we will go there for sure !
My husband and I with our 3 month old son rented this property for the month of May 2016. We are from the Arctic in Canada.
We were very impressed by the professionalism of the condo unit owner who was very helpful. The condo owner accommodated us by purchasing a playpen for our son to sleep in and there was a high chair available as well. We found the condo unit nicer inside than the pictures showed. It was a very clean and well maintained unit. The beds and other furniture were comfortable, linens and towels were of good quality. The washer/dryer, dishwasher and other appliances worked well. The view from the balconies are wonderful and include the Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and town of Daytona Beach. All the condo building amenities were just as advertised and included two pools, two hot tubs, gym and parking (which was included) among others. The condo building was very clean. The condo is directly on the beach and access is provided through a gate on the property.
There are many restaurants, sightseeing and water activities in the area. If you mostly want to relax by the pool and beach it is not necessary to rent a vehicle as the grocery store, some restaurants and other amenities are within walking distance. We rented a car for part of our stay so that we could explore the surrounding area. We did two day trips to Disney and did not find the travel to and from Orlando onerous.
We found the area very safe for our family and people were generally friendly and helpful. Condo management is not shy about informing renters about the rules, which you will be provided upon rental, and enforcing those rules. This is not likely the place for people looking to party. If you are looking for a safe, clean and quiet location to relax that is right on the beach with many amenities than this could be the place for you. Most people in the condo tend to be middle aged and retirees but, we always felt welcome as a young family.
We are frequent travelers and have stayed in many different types of accommodations. We highly recommend this location and condo unit because it exceeded our expectations. Our parents who visited have since spoken of renting this condo unit during their next vacation. We thank the condo unit owner Terry for such a wonderful vacation.

We had a great stay at this unit in Daytona Beach. It is so spacious and everything about it looks brand new. The unit is well-stocked with towels, blankets, and everything you need in the kitchen. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the details. This place has it all!
The building is well-kept and has lots of amenities, including two pools, jacuzzis, rinse-off stations for your beach gear, an air conditioned lobby, and garage parking.
The location is also superb. The large balcony provides a great view of the ocean and river and you can see the Speedway in the distance. The building is right across the street from mini golf, and the Daytona Diner next door serves a yummy breakfast.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
If it's your first stay in Daytona Beach Shores or, like us , if you have been comming for over 30 years. What can you say about this one of a kind beach. This condo is wonderful, luxurious , perfect. Everything is brand new. The kitchen !!! a lot of small appliance and cookware. Better equiped than other very expensive condo we've been to.You will find so many small détails that will make your stay awesome. Many resident owners, very welcomming and respectfull. We liked it realy much ! And we are 100% sure we are going to come back.
