This 1350 sqft condo has a large open plan, is clean and comfortable and comes with everything you need to feel at home, relax, take your time and enjoy your vacation.
The Master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, an ensuite with a large walk-in shower, a 32" flact screen TVand a balcony overlooking a forest reserve where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and another walk-in closet for extra storage. The kids "zebra room" has 2 twin beds and a 3rd TV. For our younger guests we also have an assortment of movies and bedtime storybooks to calm them down after a day full of excitement. The spacious family living area (seats 7) has a 46” HDTV with over 200 channels to surf and is open to the dining room with a beautiful bay window and the fully-stocked kitchen. You’ll have free high speed internet (WiFi or hard wire connection) and long distance calling to anywhere in the US and Canada.
A super Wal-mart (less than 2 miles) is our corner store where you can find groceries, booze & do some souvenir shopping. A full size washer and dryer is available in-suite although I am sure you would rather not think about doing laundry there are always towels to dry.
At the clubhouse you will find a heated swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, tennis courts, beach volleyball court and a pool table. You will also find a BBQ area with picnic tables nestled under Tiki Huts so you can make dinner while the kids relax in the pool or enjoy the play structures. Across the street from the clubhouse and on the left side of our condo you will find a pond which is home to a couple of turtles and a variety of birds that love to be fed.
This top (2nd) floor end unit condo is located just off of Poinciana Blvd, close to both 192 and I-4 which makes all these other attractions probably closer than your morning commute - Islands of Adventure (Harry Potter), Aquatica, Wet N Wild, Premium outlet malls, Medieval Times (watch jousting while you eat), Gatorland and on Lake Tohopekaliga (6.2 miles) airboat rides, and world class bass fishing.
Parking is located right out the front door.

About Esther Wai
We live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada We have beautiful hot summers and really, really cold winters. Our city has one of the longest skating trails in the world... running only the Red and Assiniboine Rivers for 7.8 km. My husband and I have two beautiful girls as of 2017 one in Grade 9 and the other in her first year of University.

Why Esther Wai chose Kissimmee
We purchased this property in 2011 so that we could have the mortgage repaid prior to our planned retirement in 2023 or 2024 at which time we hope to leave the frozen north for a couple of months of sunshine and warmth in the winter. Becoming snowbirds is our dream!
What makes this Condo unique
We chose this property specifically because it is so close to the parks, in the heart of all the action but peaceful and quiet because of the forest reserve directly behind the resort. Check it out on google earth!

We enjoyed are stay.
Overall the condo was as described and we were happy with our stay. The only bad was the master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. It slants to one side and makes a ton of noise when laying down or moving. Other than that everything was great for us.
Clean and roomy for fam of 6
Really happy about our stay. The condo was clean and big enough for my family of 6. Parking was never s problem. Relatively close to parks, and shopping. We would rent again!

We stayed during Easter week when traffic was pretty bad, and we still only were about 20 minutes from the parks! Esther is an absolute delight to work with, and incredibly responsive! We would definitely stay here again. The kids were happy with all the extra space, and it was more than enough for our family of four!
A couple of things to be prepared for: 1. GPS is a must, and make sure you tell your GPS to avoid tolls on the way home from the parks! Our first return it wanted to take us on the toll road! 2. WalMart is close, and busy! Do your best to make sure that you plan on one trip to WalMart, but if you need some odds and ends, the Walgreens is very close as well.
We visit Disney often, and we have found this to be one of the best values we have ever had on our trips! Thank you Esther for opening your home to us!
Those are great tips for future renters... the GPS set on "no tolls" can save one a bit of cash and as the condo is close to I-4 toll roads are not necessary for travel. You are definitely right about Walmart, the shelves are emptied as if there is a hurricane coming every evening. It is best to shop before 5 pm or after 11 pm to avoid the long line-ups if that is possible.

This condo was perfect for us. We had plenty of room, it was close to all the attractions, the grounds were pretty, the pool was awesome and the owner was nice, helpful and friendly to talk with. We hope to go back.

Quiet, Relaxed and a Superb Location
Family of 4 from Ireland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Orlando. The area was quiet and we had no issues or disturbances. The pool area is small but well maintained and there was a visible security presence each evening. There is plenty of room in the condo and we had a very relaxing stay. After long days in the parks we looked forward to returning each evening to relax and rest.
The location is perfect. There are excellent shopping opportunities nearby and it allows for easy self catering.
The kids were sad leaving and will genuinely miss staying here.
We would just like to thank Esther again for facilitating a wonderful holiday..

Damage to the condominium or its contents will be the responsibility of the person booking the property... there will be no change for accidentally broken dishes as this is every day living, however please let us know so that we can have them replaced for the next guests. No Smoking, No Pets (additional cleaning charge of $500 if guest is found to have smoked or had pets in the condo) Please treat our home with the same respect and care that you would treat your own home. Have a great time on your holiday.
