The Watercrest building has been completely renovated. Every window has been replaced, concrete and stucco repaired, new paint and resurfaced walkways and balconies. It is the newest and brightest complex on the beach. We as owners along with our HOA have spent 4.3 million dollars on this renovation. Come stay at the newest resort complex on the beach!!! Our unit has been recently renovated. Reserved beach chairs/umbrella included in price!!! We're located on the quiet family end of the beach away from the craziness that is Front Beach Rd. However, restaurants and shopping (Pier Park) are just minutes away. Our unit has been completely remodeled, no expense spared. New stainless steel Frigidaire Gallery appliances, custom cabinets and vanities, granite throughout, new walk in shower and bathrooms with brushed nickel Moen faucets, Whirlpool Duet front load washer and dryer.I mean new everything. 3 flatscreen Samsung LED TV's ranging from 48" to 55" all with HD service. High speed wifi. New porcelain tile plank flooring. I could go on and on about whats new, only the original drywall remained and not even all of that. Walls were knocked down to open the living space. The view is spectacular from the 16th floor end unit 2 bedroom 2 bath 1400 sq feet with 700 sq foot wrap around balcony. Every piece of furniture is brand new as well. King master, 2 Queens, and Queen sleeper sofa, unit will sleep 8. Sunsets are amazing and dolphins are seen daily. On site amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis, shuffleboard and indoor racquetball courts. 2 reserved beach chairs are included!!!!! No long waits for the elevators, higher floors have dedicated elevators. You will absolutely not be disappointed with your stay.

What makes this Condo unique
The huge wrap around balcony is a very rare thing on the beach. There are 3 access points and the second bedroom has its own private balcony over looking the lagoon. There is an incredible view from everywhere on the balcony. Very hard to find this much outdoor space in a condo.

Great stay but unfortunately we had to evacuate early because of Hurricane Michael. Owner was very helpful and provided us lots info. Beds are super comfortable.
A great relaxing vacation!
The condo is very nice and I am a very picky person when it comes to selecting a place to stay for my family. This choice was perfect. The pictures told a accurate story of the condo. No hidden cost at the door and great communication from the owner. I do recommend this condo and plan to return.
This is our second year in this condo and it’s just as lovely and comfortable as before. The kitchen is well appointed, and the views cannot be beat. We enjoy eating meals out on the balcony, and of course, spending days by the water. We look forward to returning.
Property was just as expected, beautiful! Would definitely stay here again for the price. It was updated nicely. If I were to add any suggestions it would be for more comfortable couches. It was a little tight for our family when we tried to enjoy a movie together. Overall, for the price it’s hard to beat!

Difficult Living Climate
Arrived 1/1/18 to 59 degrees in condo. Owner never notified us that there would be no heat nor A/C for the 2 month stay. Had to maintain 4 running electric heaters. My wife was extremely uncomfortable, especially in February when weather was more humid. Had to wait 18 days to get a mailbox key. Condo was very nice but lacked some essential cooking items. Sheets were very thin and kept coming off of the bed when you slept. Very poor TV service compared to others in complex. Great view! Would not go back!
We are shocked with your comments and cannot fathom your agenda. This property has forty (40) reviews and they are ALL 5 star. After speaking with the experts in this department we have decided to consider the source but want to address a couple of your negatives that other guests have enjoyed. This is a wonderful kitchen by any standards and we have never had a complaint about the comfort of the beds or the linens. There are 3 large high definition Smart TV’s with Comcast Cable, free HBO and free Netflix and Amazon Prime loaded onto all of them for the enjoyment of all. If you had mentioned before your arrival that you were forwarding your mail it would have been pre-arranged but since you did not mention it untill 5 days after your arrival and the owners father had passed away and they were traveling it took a couple days to get the key, understandably. The heating system in the building was undergoing maintenance so you were provided five new space heaters with thermostats and remote controls that are equipped to heat 4500 sq.ft. in a 1444 sq. ft. condo. They do not create humidity nor did they require any effort on your part. Five days into your stay when we realized the disposition we were working with we offered to refund your money and therefore allow you to stay somewhere else. You declined.
The owners have happily shared this beautiful condo with many wonderful families and we are all thankful to have had the opportunity to do so, unfortunately this is the exception. We trust that our potential guests are savvy and will see this as the fraudulent information that it is.
