The family room is set up with a sectional sofa and tv as well as a desk for computer work. Along with stainless steel appliances this kitchen also has a 2 seater breakfast nook to enjoy your morning coffee. The screened in lanai is a perfect place to wind down in the evening and enjoy the fresh air. You will find custom made plantation shutters on all windows. This designer decorated home will be a place that you will want to come back to time and time again. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac perfect for short or long stays. This home has an on site laundry facility and storage if necessary. The beach and downtown Venice is just 3 miles away where you will find the theater along with a fabulous farmers market on Saturday mornings and eateries galore!

About the owner: My name is Cameron Cox and I am an Interior Designer in the Sarasota area. I have lived in Florida since I was a young girl and spent many years living on Siesta Key. There is nothing that I love more that this Gulf Coast region. Being able to share that with others through property rental is exciting for me. I'd like to think of myself as a great resource for this area and I am looking forward to hearing about the adventures of my tenants.
