This 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome provides everything a small family or couple needs in one tidy and stylish package. Located in Stonegate Village in Edwards, you'll feel like a local with all the close-by convenience of a well-stocked and locally focused market, wine store, movie theater, bike/ski shop for rentals, and repairs, Starbuck's, great shops, restaurants and an easy 10 minute drive to Beaver Creek and 20 minutes to Vail. Fully furnished including free WiFi, the condo is stocked with all kitchen supplies and spices as well as Fondue and Raclette Machines, NutriBullet blender and Espresso and Juice makers. All you need is gear and food. Stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher, single car garage with bike and ski racks, new king and double bed mattresses options in two bedrooms with private baths make it ideal for a small family (extra inflatable mattress also available) or two couples. Gas fireplace, new grill, dishes and flatware, outdoor patio area overlooking beautifully maintained grounds make this ideal for summer, fall or winter trips. Seasonal rental options also available. Guest passes to newly remodeled Homestead Court Club (indoor or outdoor courts, indoor pool and great workout facilities) can also be arranged. Due to HOA policies, no pets are currently allowed. Please inquire after May 1st if policy has changed.

About Holly Johnson

Colorado transplants who moved to Sarasota, Fla. in 2003, oue roots are in the Vail Valley and Boulder, Colo., where we started our careers in marketing, sales, public relations, photography and graphic design in the travel, tourism, hospitality and sports industry fields. We started our own PR and marketing firm in 1994, where it grew into one of the leading travel and tourism agencies in Colorado. Our decision to move to Florida came on the heels of 9/11 and economic downturn and a decision to live a 10+ year dream of being on the ocean and spending more time raising our son. We kept our Vail town home to stay connected to clients, friends and our beloved Rockies, where we had spent the previous 25 years.

We have it stocked with family heirlooms and supplies that give us everything we need and crave in our home in the mountains and want to share that "local" flare with visitors in an easy-going and comfortable environment with all the conveniences of being close to some of the best skiing in the world without comprising mortgage payments. We love Edwards and the community it has evolved into, a place where the locals live and one we continue to call home.

What makes this townhome unique

while still providing easy access to Arrowhead, just 5 minutes away that includes free parking and no shuttles for a great ski day and interconnect to Beaver Creek Resort. It's also an easy 10 minutes to Beaver Creek and 20 minutes to Vail by car or a great bike ride along the creek and designated bike paths and routes from point to point. Fabulous hiking, newly renovated tennis club and variety of excellent restaurants, brew pubs, bakeries, shops, galleries, movie theater, coffee shops, bars, bike/ski shop and well stocked local market and liquor/wine stores provide all the supplies and morning and evening options less than a mile away. Park and soccer field adjacent to property with private expansive lawn area outside back patio.

A great place to stay.

Lovely condo a little away from town in a quiet setting. We were able to walk to town. Holly was a great owner who was responsive to our questions and did everything she could to make our stay memorable. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed.

Great space for small family!

Holly's condo had plenty of space for our family of four. We enjoyed the cute playground across the street and we're able to walk to the shops in Edwards. It was a quick and easy drive to Beaver Creek. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great place to stay while skiing

Wife and I rented the condo for a week in Feb 2017. Nice layout and clean. Although it was just two of us, there was plenty of room for two couples. Well appointed kitchen. Washer-dryer in unit was convenient. Easy drive to Beaver Creek and Vail. Convenient to nearby shopping. Owner purchased crock pot for us and responded quickly to all communications. Try the Smiling Moose Café for breakfast or lunch. Will definitely look to return.

Great location for skiing in the Vail / Beaver Creek area!

We booked this for a ski vacation. The location was very convenient to local ski areas as well as restaurants, grocery store, etc. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. It was really nice to have a kitchen with decent cookware and supplies. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend staying here.

Convenient and clean

This was a great little ski condo. Very clean and roomy. Nice that it had a garage to park our small suv in. Convenient to restaurants in Edwards and minutes from skiing in BC. Owner incredibly friendly and responsive. She even allowed us to extend our stay by a day due to flight cancellation for no extra cost. Would definitely stay there again.

Located within one mile from Riverwalk Village, Edwards is a quiet, "where the locals live" kind of community with a variety of restaurants, really good liquor/wine store, small movie theater and range of boutique shops, spa/salons, furniture and bike stores and more. The Eagle River bike path is within 1/2 mile and Homestead Athletic Club within 1 mile. Farmer's market is 1/2 mile on Saturdays during the summer, along with larger ones in Minturn and Vail Village as well.

Rates are based on availability and subject to change. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests; additional $50/person/night fee for any additional guests, not to exceed a total of 5 people. Free Internet provided with passcode. No pets allowed. Security deposit will be refunded within 15 days of departure, based on inspection and normal wear and tear, which includes having tenants responsible for keeping the condo in good condition and notifying owners of any problems as they arise. All trash and recycling must be removed and deposited in recycling containers at end of driveway and sheets and towels removed from racks and beds and put to side of washer/dryer downstairs. Dishwasher must be run and note left for cleaning service if not put away. Pots and pans, sharp knives, juicer and espresso machine parts CANNOT be put in the dishwasher. Any noticeable disregard to this will result in tenant paying for the cost of replacement. Front door sidewalk and back porch must be clear of snow and other debris during stay and before departure.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
