Newly remodeled ocean front condo with stunning views of Marco’s 3 mile crescent beach by day, and gorgeous sunsets at night from this desirable south side luxury condo.

Updates throughout, including new kitchen and bathrooms, granite counter-tops, subway tile back splash, all new doors and lighting. The entire condo has been repainted and updated. New flat screen TV’s in living room and master bedroom, free high speed Internet with WIFI.

Incredible views of Marco Beach from kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has king size bed and private entrance to master bathroom and balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and both bedrooms have spacious closets.

South Seas Condominium, a gated community, offers everything you need for an exotic, tropical vacation. It has a heated swimming pool, an exercise room, free pickle ball and tennis having $20 hourly fee Jan -April, M-F, 8 am-2 pm - free other times. Boat dock and kayak rentals are available on a per-night/wk/mo basis. Our condo has it's own beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a beach cart to make it easy to get to the beach! You'll never want to leave.

We are in Tower 3, directly facing the gulf and Tiger Tail Beach. South Seas is adjacent to Tigertail Beach, a picturesque thirty-one acre natural preserve and shorebird nesting area. Collect shells in the warm waters of tide pools that you walk right out onto from your vacation home.

There is a concession stand at Tigertail that rents inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats, which can be used to explore a tropical lagoon.

Amenities: Free High-Speed Wi-Fi internet access, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Pool (shared) and Garage, Keurig (supply your own K-Cups). Condo charges $25 fee for parking/stay. 2 Washers and 2 dryers (pay machines) available on each floor. 

Activities: Tennis, putting green, bocce, pickle ball and shuffleboard are located on the South Seas grounds. Kayaking, parasailing, catamaran and jet-ski rentals are available at many locations along the 3 mile beach. Golf, sailing and bicycle/scooter rentals are near by on Marco Island. 

There are many excellent restaurants offering a variety of cuisines on Marco as well as at nearby Naples.

Area: Airports: 
1/2 hour to Naples; 1 hour to Ft. Myers; 1 1/2 hours to Ft. Lauderdale; and 2 hours to Miami. For private aircraft, there is the Marco Island Airport which has fuel for all aircraft, including jet fuel.

Why Jon Abrams chose Marco Island

We immediately fell in love with the view overlooking the beach from our condo. In August/September (2015), we remodeled the kitchen, baths and make several other updates in the condo. We have purchased all new dishes, silverware and glassware, as well as all new linens, towels, blankets and bedspreads. In August 2017, we will replace all flooring in the condo.

We are sure you'll fall in love with our condo too!

Another great winter escape on Marco

We again rented this property for 10 weeks in Jan, Feb and March. Had a wonderful time. Excellent unit, with excellent amenities. Great location, the south facing units, like this one, are the best.

Great location and beautifully redone.

Although we had record lows for 4 days we enjoyed our time one Marco. Would love to come back when the weather is nice the entire time!

We loved Marco Island, but would not rent in South Seas Tower 3 again.

Marco Island and Tigertail Beach are very beautiful and clean. This particular Condo was also very comfortable and clean. But there was a lot of construction and jack hammering in this Tower all day long which was not the quiet and peaceful week we were anticipating. The laundry room only had one working washer and dryer and folks from other floors were also using it. In addition, it would have been helpful to have a few more supplies provided by the Owner in the way of products, i.e. napkins, dish liquid, toilet tissue, and the only garbage bags were the two provided in each wastebasket. Having flown to FL, we could not travel with these items, and ended up spending a lot of money just setting up the week's stay in the unit . It's been our experience in renting that the Owners provide the basics. Also, the instructions provided for entering the property were missing from our package. Having arrived at 10PM, we did not have the information on how to enter the locked building. Had it not been for a helpful Resident leaving the building, we would have spent the night in the car/parking garage! Again, basic information that should have been communicated either by the Owner or Management Company. We also had problems with the air conditioning unit which we ultimately found out had been programmed by the Owner in Massachusetts. Each time we left the Condo, the A/C would shut down and turn back on when returned. With a very hot vacation week, this was frustrating and uncomfortable. I will say that the Owner was very helpful and responsive to our emails and phone calls, but we feel as though we've paved the way for future renters to enjoy a less frustrating experience than we had on our first few days in the Condo. You should also be aware that if you are looking for gorgeous sunsets, you will only have a partial view from this balcony. We had to enjoy most sunsets outside of the Condo at restaurants and bars.

Owner's Response: Jaclyn, Thank you for your feedback. We take tremendous pride in providing a relaxing and restful space for our guests. While no other guests have had issues utilizing keys to access the building, we will be sure to provide more detailed instructions for future guests. The sunsets are beautiful (as our pictures from our balcony indicate) but direct access from the balcony is season dependent. As owners, we do have access to the AC unit, but use only when there are no guests in our home, or use to problem solve any issues as we live in Boston. We installed the Nest to make it more user friendly for our guests. Lastly, you are correct that there is currently activity ongoing as a result of the boards decision to allow construction during the high season to speed up the recovery from Irma. I too was concerned about the impact of Irma on our condo and our guests. It is why I went down 6 weeks after the storm hit to access the damage. Luckily, our condo only needed a few minor repairs, which were quickly fixed, and units above and below also had no major damage, mitigating any construction noise while in our unit. What I also saw first hand was the resiliency and pride of the Marco Island community, and was shocked to see how far the island had come in such a short period of time. It was truly amazing. Fabulous! We will be back!

The condo was very nice and clean. View off balcony was amazing! Short walk to beach with shells galore. 5 mile run in beach every morning started off my day! Rented Boat and jet skis was high light from dolphin marina. Restaurants with fresh fish were fantastic! Love our thanksgiving vacation out of the cold !!! Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven!

Relaxing family trip!

This is the 5th time we have stayed in a condo at South Seas Towers. We've had nice units before but this was the best by far. It's updated and comfortable. They've thought of everything. It really is a home away from home. We had a wonderful time!

Excellent beachfront choice on Marco

This unit in Tower 3 of South Seas Northwest was a great choice for our 10 week visit to Marco. The unit has an updated, very usable kitchen with modern appliances and granite counter tops. Comfortable king bed in the master bed room and two twins that can be made into a king in the guest room. South facing balcony with a great view provides a warm sunny location. South Seas provides direct access to Marco's beach, has a well maintained pool and exercise room. Restaurants, grocery store, drug stores and other retailers are close by.
