Large, secluded, custom 3 bedroom/2bathroom home, with Mountain View

The great room floor plan enhances privacy, comfortably accommodating either a single large group, or a sharing by two separate smaller parties. The Master Suite has one queen and one full bed, a full bathroom, and a separate exercise room. On the other end of the home are two bedrooms separated by a second bathroom. The first bedroom has two twin beds, with a queen bed in the second bedroom. In the center of the home is the open spaced kitchen, dining room, and sunken living room.
A separate attached room has a slate pool table, which easily converts to a table tennis setup. In the garage is an area set aside for an arcade style basketball game, and another area for darts. Adjacent to the garage is a court for playboule,
a French outdoor bowling game, played with steel balls. The large deck on the back of the home is accessed through the French Doors in the dining room. The home is designed to create a harmonious balance between activity and serenity.

About Joe Kenstowicz
Six decades ago, my family rented a vacation home for a week, one August. It was there that I first learned how to swim, fish, row a boat, and play horseshoes. In my memory, our shared experience created the deepest bonding that my family ever felt. It is my hope that any kid "from one to ninety two" that rents my vacation home, will make similar memories, lasting a lifetime.
Joe Kenstowicz purchased this House in 2011

Sports & Adventure Activities
This house had everything we needed for our vacation with our three kids. It’s proximity to Yosemite and Bass lake was great. The house was cozy and we enjoyed sitting out on the back deck. The ping pong, basketball and bocce ball was fun. The owner was a great help with any questions we had. We definitely recommend this house.
Spacious, clean and cozy property
We were two families a total of eight people, and we felt absolutely comfortable at this house. Everything was great, the beds super confortable, the living room really big, the deck perfect to relax after a day hiking in Yosemite.
Beautiful, peaceful home!
Upon walking into this home, I was floored by its beauty. It was an amazing place to stay. I stayed here to do half dome and so glad I did. It was a very comfortable place to relax. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Beautiful comfortable very clean great amenities
Very nice house and we'll keep unfortunately there was a fire in Mariposa and we didn't have electricity or water the last 24 hrs we were there
Beautiful Family Getaway
My husband, three kids and I had the privilege of staying in this secluded getaway for a week while visiting Yosemite. The house was clean, well decorated, and stocked with the essentials (i.e. seasonings, sauces, silverware). We really enjoyed the pool table and basketball game, and the Netflix and piano were also nice touches. The property is beautiful and on our way in and out of the neighborhood we saw such wildlife as deer and wild turkeys. It was about 11-12 miles from the quaint tourist town of Mariposa and approximately an hour away from the entrance to Yosemite. In Mariposa, we recommend Suger Pine Cafe for breakfast, Savoury's for dinner, and Yosemite Treats for ice cream; the gas station right outside the entrance of the neighborhood had better prices than places in Mariposa and on the way to Yosemite. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful home.
Thank you for everything Joe!
