peaceful, safe for young children, lovely view

  • 4 of 5

spacious, clean, excellent communication with owners anytime. Just as I imagined with the beach steps away. Dead end street that is safe for young children, ample parking, peaceful beautiful community. All amenities available. Very pleased and happy with our yearly planned vacation down the Cape. First visit to Teaticket Falmouth and enjoyed every moment.

Thank you!

Fantastic Vacation

  • 5 of 5

We rented this home for a week stay and were very sad to leave. The location is amazing and the water views from the house are beautiful. We were two families with kids ranging from 4-10 and it was perfect for all of us. The kids slept in the bunk bed room downstairs and it was non stop fun. There is a small beach in front of the house we were at every day. It was so nice not to have to pack up all we would need for the beach (which was a lot). Being so close to the house for the adults and the kids to access the home for lunch, rest and the amenities was so convenient and made for long, relaxing days. We did venture away from the home and there are some great beaches within driving distance and we did a day excursion to Martha's Vineyard..huge hit for all! The owners are so nice and very easy to work with. We had such a wonderful trip we can't wait to get back there this summer.

Beautiful location

  • 5 of 5

We were looking to find a place with a flexible schedule because my son was getting married on a Saturday night in Mashpee. Julie was just outstanding to work with and allowed us to stay till Monday so we didn't have to pack up on Sunday morning and drive home. We got so much more than we could have asked for with this home! It was so nice spending time with my children together ( it doesn't happen often enough) in such a quiet beautiful place. We spent so much time on the porch enjoying the views, spending time with family members, and kayaking in the pond. The hammock was the icing on the cake! We can't thank Julie enough for helping us make this happen!!

Relaxing, private getaway

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for a week in August, and it was fantastic! The house is both on the water and extremely private which worked out well. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck. Also, launching a canoe or kayak from the back yard is very easy, we did that a lot. There's even a beach steps away from the house, for wading or letting the younger ones find seashells and discover ocean life.

We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen or on the gas grill, which meant we needed a lot of groceries. The house is close to town and it's a quick drive to the store for any last minute items.

The house itself was clean and well cared for, everything we needed was supplied, and we found the owners very gracious. We'd definitely book this house again.

Perfect vacation house

  • 5 of 5

My friends and I stayed in this house for a long weekend and it was more than I could have expected. From the very beginning, Julie is more than accommodating, got back to me right away and made sure the house would be everything we were looking for. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and was always available. The pictures do not do this house justice. The deck was huge and had great views of the water. The beach was right in our backyard and the house had plenty of room for everyone to stay and feel comfortable! The house was fully equipped with everything you would need (and then some!) It was clean and cozy. It was the perfect location in Falmouth. I can't wait to come back and stay longer!! Thank you Julie!

A gem of a property

  • 5 of 5

We spent the July 4th long weekend here, along with family visiting from Ireland. It was the perfect spot for everyone, and the view from the wrap-around deck is simply amazing at any time of the day. The house is situated in a lovely quiet neighbourhood street, with private parking, and just steps from the calm water of Great Pond. The house is very comfortable and is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The Vineyard ferry is a 10 minute drive away, and the location makes it easy to explore other areas of Cape Cod and all that it offers. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend it.
