About Teresa Cretin

My husband Tim and I have enjoyed this property with our family for many years. We have improved it and made it our home away from home adding the brand new 40 ft. camper in 2010 and the cabin in 2013. With our children all getting older we are sharing our Peace and Quiet with others. We would love to share this beautiful serenity with other families and make some new friends along the way.

Teresa Cretin purchased this mobile home in 2000

This place on the lake was exactly as advertised. The owners were accommodating and easy going. I would definitely recommend this to a family with kids and a water loving dog!

Everything you could ask for in a family vacation. The owners have thought of all your needs and the children's as well. Rock painting, DVD's, trampoline, basketball, board games. You went to bed happy at night because of a full day of fun and oh don't forget your water shoes. Thank you Terri and Tim:) Lois and Kevin Brown and family

The perfect get-away!!

  • 5 of 5

This property was everything I hoped for and more. As you arrive, you are greeted by the true seclusion this property has to offer. It is nestled in its own little oasis of everything mother nature has to offer. Each morning, the short walk to the private beach area afforded me an opportunity to catch a beautiful sunrise as the waves gently slapped the beach and eagle's soared over head. In the evening, we enjoyed sitting on the "sitting deck" to watch the sunset and enjoyed everything the lake had to offer. Terri and Tim have a true treasure in this property. The camping trailer and bunk house are beautiful and have everything you could possibly think of in the way of amenities. Everything was well maintained and exactly as they described in their listing. This is definitely a place I would recommend again and again!!

Better then I could ever imagine.

  • 5 of 5

What an absolutely beautiful piece for the world. Our family had the privilege of staying a week at "Peace and Quiet". Tim and Teresa are wonderful hosts and truly go out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible (even somehow arranged for sun and no rain, all week)

With a family of 8 and kids ranging from 12-22, there was something for everyone. The whole family enjoyed the kayaks and rafting on the lakefront just steps from the house. And the large lawn provided lots of room for kanjam, wiffle ball games and of course nightly campfires to all sit, laugh and make memories. Other than renting a pontoon boat for the day from a nearby Fairhaven marina, we never felt the need to leave the property.

Tim and Terese really make it feel like a home away from home. The yard, cottage and cabin were clean and in great condition. Just bring your clothes and food and they'll provide the rest. Actually when we first arrived and Terese saw my bag of paper towels and other household supplies she said "put those back in your car, everything you need is here." There was piece of mind know they were just a call away in case anything came up. They even stopped mid week, to bring more linens, fire wood, and a new propane tank.

We truly enjoyed our time and are looking forward to making this a yearly tradition.
