This unit is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Situated on the 9th floor with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom unit, which sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

This condo is fully furnished, it includes a spacious and generously equipped kitchen. All utilities are included in the pricing. An initial cleaning fee is quoted in the price. Additional cleaning services can be purchased directly from our cleaning services (information card in unit). Complimentary WiFi is provided by the Sunglow Resort Condo building, service is usually very good, but availability of signal, strength, or speed is not guaranteed. Outage of service or slow speed should be reported to the Sunglow Resort Condo building front desk, Tropical Suites has no ability to address this service.

This unit is located in the Sunglow Resort Condo building, which is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, next to the Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joe's Deck & Grill. It is also conveniently located within an hour of area favorites including Orlando’s many attractions, historic St. Augustine, and Cape Canaveral.

We make every effort to accommodate last minute reservations, however, in order to properly accommodate and guarantee a booking, inquiries must be made 48-hours prior to desired arrival date.

If for any reason the unit is not available for a new or pre-existing reservation, we reserve the right to change unit assignment to another unit of comparable size and features on the 1st, 9th, or 10th floor. Refunds or compensation are not automatically given or guaranteed due to assignment change.

Amazing!!

The condo was perfect... The view is amazing. We had so much fun there. The place was super clean and perfect for the two of us. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just enjoying the view! We will come back there for sure!

Peaceful Daytona Getaway - College National Weekend

Location was about 6 miles from Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Bandshell area. Apartment was beautifully decorated and maintained. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in and was immediately put at ease. The apartment was clean and inviting and everything a beachside getaway should be.

I have been going to Daytona for over 9 years and had always stayed at hotels but anyone that has been there can tell you being right on the beach can take a toll on these hotels. Daytona over the years has been steadily growing and updating the area. There was amble parking available with overflow arrangements with the property right in front. There is public parking adjacent to the property which was also readily available. The pier was an added plus having one right next door to the property. Beautiful sunrise with the apartment being Oceanside. Area was wonderful for a walk on the beach.

Lobby area of the apartment building is little dated but very clean and nicely maintained. Receptionist at the front desk was very pleasant kind and welcoming.

I highly recommend the property and will be looking forward to coming back. Even though new hotels are popping up left and right and old ones being renovated the convenience and luxury of having a kitchen is wonderful. By the way kitchen was fully shocked with pans, plates, glasses, wine glasses, toaster, blender etc.

Great place - good value

The view is amazing and the restaurant on the pier below was great!

Nice Jacuzzi. Nice pool - even in February! (It was 60-70 degrees outside and the pool still felt great. I'm assuming that means it was heated)

Couple little problems:

1. We were not able to locate the necessary remote to change channels on the TV.

2. The deadbolt on the front door is rusty and you have to giggle it around to get the door locked / unlocked. It is just a matter of time before someone breaks a key off in that lock. Could possibly be fixed with at little WD-40. Probably just time to replace it, though.

Just okay! Not perfect!

Nice oceanfront view, quiet, great location. We have stayed in this area many times and at the Sunglow.

Office staff very nice and helpful. The room was not very clean, dirty floors. One towel, one washcloth, broken leg on bed. Called number on packet received during check in, left a message on voicemail with no response.

Driving is permitted on this section of beach, but noise and traffic is quite minimal. We recommend visiting the Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau website and locations for additional information on area events, activities and attractions.
