This unit is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Situated on the 9th floor with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and Sunglow Fishing Pier. This is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit, which sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen size bed in each bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

This condo is fully furnished, it includes a spacious and generously equipped kitchen. All utilities are included in the pricing. An initial cleaning fee is quoted in the price. Additional cleaning services can be purchased directly from our cleaning services (information card in unit). Complimentary WiFi is provided by the Sunglow Resort Condo building, service is usually very good, but availability of signal, strength, or speed is not guaranteed. Outage of service or slow speed should be reported to the Sunglow Resort Condo building front desk, Tropical Suites has no ability to address this service.

This unit is located in the Sunglow Resort Condo building, which is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, next to the Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joe's Deck & Grill. It is also conveniently located within an hour of area favorites including Orlando’s many attractions, historic St. Augustine, and Cape Canaveral.

We make every effort to accommodate last minute reservations, however, in order to properly accommodate and guarantee a booking, inquiries must be made 48-hours prior to desired arrival date.

If for any reason the unit is not available for a new or pre-existing reservation, we reserve the right to change unit assignment to another unit of comparable size and features on the 1st, 9th, or 10th floor. Refunds or compensation are not automatically given or guaranteed due to assignment change.

Lovely condo!

The condo was bright, airy, and comfortable. Beautiful views of the ocean and the intercoastal! The pool area was nice and pleasant. The building had great security. We would totally stay here again! Pretty close to perfect!

The unit we stayed in was well decorated and oh so clean and beautiful. The beaches were fabulous and the pool area just perfect. Our unit manager Ollie from Tropical Suites will be one reason we will not be returning, however. Our unit had only one toilet working the entire week. Promises to fix it were null and void. Ollie at Tropical Suites did not respond until days later with an email saying someone would fix it and they NEVER did. We had 5 people staying in our unit. We paid top dollar for the unit and we had ONE bathroom. Most of the keys did not work in the old lock on the door. Unfortunately we made new keys with the one key that we could SOMETIMES open the door with and they did not work. The management at the condo tried to help but the locks were corroded etc... Often we had to leave our condo unlocked. This is ridiculous. Our biggest disappointment was Ollie's lack of response to a situation that should not be that big of a deal.

We loved our stay.

We had a wonderful time at your property. Thank you for keeping it so clean and bright. The bedrooms are wonderful. We had everything we needed for our stay. Looking forward to renting it again, hopefully soon. They were doing construction at the condos across the way, but we realize, that is out of your control.

Beautifully decorated with good quality furniture and spotless.

This unit was wonderfully redecorated and with great quality furniture and furnishings. The beds were awesome and even the new sleeper sofa in the living room. It was absolutely perfect for our group of three, but would be great for at least 6 people.

Nicely decorated

Very nicely decorated. We were not impressed with the old ness of the building itself and just a few things in the condo such as a cigarette smoke smell coming from vents and tile floor dirty looking. But being on the beach was nice and location of condo to everything was good to.

The Sunglow Resort Condo building where the seven Tropical Suites units are located on a quiet stretch of the Daytona Beach Shores with less tourists and attractions. Driving is permitted on this section of beach, but noise and traffic is quite minimal. We recommend visiting the Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau website and locations for additional information on area events, activities and attractions.
